Ordered a new 4K UHD Bluray player from TPS and can say that their service was A1. I was kept update with all aspects of the order through to delivery. Item is exactly as described and would highly recommend!

Before I ordered my player I called the store and got some great advice from someone who clearly knew what they were talking about. I decided on the player and ordered, it was dispatched that very day and with me the next. I can now play any form of disc from anywhere in the world with zero issues. Would definitely use this company again and I recommend them to anyone looking to get the best out of physical media.

They modified Blu-Ray player to play multi-region. They modified it whilst I had a coffee - about 45 mins. Price was fine and player works perfectly

Purchased a multi-region Blu-Ray player for a great price. Came with a 4K Blu-Ray disc, HDMI cable, and controller upgrade, all for free! Some much-appreciated bonuses to my order.

The customer service I received for my order was super helpful. Delivery was prompt, I was updated with the process of my order at each step, and I received a friendly follow-up call to see if my products were working as expected after they had arrived.

Having never purchased anything from TPS before, I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Count me as a happy customer!

Ordered a 4K player, and the next day I received a phone call saying I hadn't selected a free gift of a 4K movie. This was not a mistake on their part or the computer system, I declined simply because there was no title I wanted but there are not many companies with such honesty and integrity to contact the customer to make sure of this, so I was very impressed.

The player was sent that same day and I received it the next day, well packaged and everything is working fine.

This was my first order with this company after reading some glowing reviews, I would highly recommend and I will revisit should I need a new player in the future.
