They DO NOT reply to emails! What a shame! And giving this fact, I will look for another tracking system!

Unauthorized charges. Customer service doesn’t respond. SCAM. Their payment processor doesn’t respond EITHER

Charged me 4 times in one MONTH

how come all of my email sent with trackapp.io get a SECOND checkmark within. a few seconds of the first checkmark? none of the emails get a "read duration" after almost over a month of post?

As far as the ability to track your emails sent and what they offer the service is good .

Except COSTUMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FOR MONTHS AND NOBODY ANSWERS THEIR EMAIL .

I want to disable the email tracking and it’s impossible. I have sent to many emails to them for help, and no answer!!!

Watch out! I tried the free Track App out with two emails to the same person. The location showed the person I sent to was two different locations. In the middle of a body of water. Worse than that the App infiltrated my contact list and populated each contact with a leading “Track”! The Track App also populated my contact list with the Track script and with other emails sent to people that were not already on my contact list. I have reached out to Team TrackApp for assistance on three occasions and have not received the courtesy of a reply. I sent a final request stating that I would lodge a complaint and start negative reviews if they did not respond. Crickets…..
