Looks great and arrived promptly! The frame does not hold the 10 foot sleeve perfectly square without adding support to the frame feet.

Quick, Easy and looks great - No complaints here!

I was the designer for a very large banner project. We reached out as I was worried about how a gradient pattern would print. Emer was SUPER helpful and walked with us and kept an eye on our order throughout the process. It turned out beautifully! We are very pleased.

Delivered on time, Great quality, Would totally use again! — NOT on a rush project. With a narrow margin to meet deadline, they kept emailing me questions and confirmations… SO many confirmations, a crazy amount, so that when I missed just one of their email questions (and as a pro, my files were set up perfect. It was a ton of little logistical things on their end) — the whole project got delayed and they told me I had to pay rush fee to make it in time. After a fight, they covered it, and we loved the resulting quality. But… lazy communication! They knew my deadline, had my phone number, but wasted a lot of my time and didn't call when they needed a simple answer.

The entire kit is uniquely designed and efficient. The 8x8 frame is lightweight and expands easy, using the travel case as the podium is genius, and the backdrop and podium wraps are super sharp in color and letter quality. Overall, I am very happy with the product. The one area that needs improvement is your design department. They do not follow instructions well, and then they want to charge more hourly fees as they try to catch up on the original instructions. They also have no eye for proper images or placement of objects on backdrops that are suitable for a professional conference. I would not use this design service again.

We have purchased several event materials from tradeshowbooth.com. Everything has always gone very smoothly. Our recent purchase of a canopy and retractable banner was very confusing with the delivery not arriving on time and in the wrong location. Very frustrating of course but they did an amazing job in making it right, and we are definitely going to be purchasing more event materials in the future. Very classy!

Products are great quality but instructions are not very clear and the shipping is randomly confusing.

The quality of the banners were excelent, but truly, the customer service that you provided was top-notch. We need to increase the quantity and it was easily handled through one quick and efficient phone call that eliminated the process of reordering.
That was a great surprise! And so incredibly helpful!

What made it great? Dylan was what made it great. He took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and stepped me through the entire process. My backdrop came FAST and exactly what I wanted and needed!

This is the second time we've ordered a trade show backdrop from TradeShowBooth.com for the Sensors Converge show -- we're still using the first one, but this year we got a second to place alongside it since we have a larger booth! They do a great job and ship amazingly fast. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to save a small fortune in booth costs.

Everyone at Tradeshowbooth.com was incredibly helpful. They even caught an error in our designer's file, which would have resulted in the wrong color being printed. We are so grateful for that! Our booth looks great! It was turned around so quickly, and it was delivered on time. Fantastic!

Looks great, and my team member told me it took him less than 10 minutes to set up.

Clear and easy instructions for a first timer like ourselves to follow for set up and take down. Lots of people there to help with any questions was also great too. Venue was set up very nicely. We also appreciated the help with the golf carts getting people in because of the construction in the parking lot.
The reason I put 4 stars was because our booth space had one side that had an actual wall put up by the other vendor next to us that was 10ft high at least to their booth and so it was very hard for people to see us walking down the aisle until they were right in front of our booth. We felt like our location wasn't the best and that we were somewhat blocked from customers.
Overall great job putting on this event! We are excited to participate next year.
