Hello John, we deeply apologize for extended delay on the 5X. As the email stated, on the 14th we were supposed to have these all shipped out to customers but unfortunately there was another delay in getting the units shipped and that we apologize for. We should have sent another email to update customers as yourself and we do take accountability for this. Your 5X unit will be shipped out today Monday 9-21-20 and you will be provided tracking information. We once again apologize for this miscommunication and extended delay on your order. Hi Robert,

Thank you for considering Trailer Valet for your trailer needs. We appreciate your feedback and have looked into your issue. It looks like your order was shipped out on 9/15/2020. The XL Pro assembled usually takes a little longer than the XL Pro shipped out without the assembly. Because the assembled unit requires a different commercial delivery, you should be getting a call from the carrier to schedule a time for delivery. We are so grateful for your patience and understanding.
Please also check your spam folder as your tracking info was sent already went the unit was shipped out (Roadrunner PRO# 481081446 ). We also had our customer service rep follow up with you regarding this issue. Please reach out to support@trailervalet.com for any other questions. Thank you!

To be able to answer your question about whether your drill will work for your heavier load, we will need to know your tongue weight. The drill should work just fine, but we would like to be able to give you a better answer based on your specific trailer and tongue weight. The JX is a new product and we are aware now that some of the brackets are not long enough for certain customers trailers frames, and we do apologize once again. Hi Allan,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, and to consider Trailer Valet for all your trailer needs. Per our technicians, we recommend having the tire pressure at 82-83 PSI. Since your tongue weight was reaching a limit of 500 lbs, it was a better choice to go with the XL unit. Too much weight on the tongue can cause the tubes to deflate.
