I’m really sorry this was your experience, and I understand why you’re upset.

From what we can see on our side, the subscription was selected by mistake — and as soon as you notified us, we processed your refund right away.

We never want anyone to feel tricked. The subscription is optional, and we’re continuing to improve the checkout flow so it’s clearer and harder to select unintentionally.

If anything still looks off on your statement or you’d like us to confirm the refund details, please message us with the email used at checkout and we’ll help immediately.

Hi — I’m really sorry this was your experience, and I understand why you’d feel upset.

We did reach out to you via Trustpilot to help resolve this, but we haven’t received any contact information (order email/order number) to locate your purchase and resend your download link.

A couple important notes:

We can re-send your Big Feelings Deck download immediately, but we need the email used at checkout (or your order number) to find the order.

You mentioned you called twice — we want to clarify that we do not have active phone support right now, so you couldn't contact us that way. Are you sure the number you called was associated with Trailies and not another service?

Please email us at support@trailies.com
with the email used at checkout (or your order number). If you prefer to keep it private, you can also send it through Trustpilot messages — but without that info, we unfortunately can’t access your order to resend the product or help further.

Ralph — I’m sorry the cards weren’t a good fit for your grandson, and I’m also sorry you felt ignored.

We have tried to reach you through Trustpilot so we could help, but we haven’t received a reply with any contact/order details, so we haven’t been able to locate your purchase or see the messages you’re referring to.
