Conflict Management
Erl Stinson did a great job leading this training. I enjoyed his passion for training. This too kept my attention and I came out of the training with ideas to use later. I would recommend Erl to go to other places for this training and the course itself.

Didn't know the location of the course…
Didn't know the location of the course until the last minute....Instructor was late on the first day and we were calling to see if there was even a course!!!!!! We did not have our books for the course. Had to call in during the training to find out where the book are!!! Even then on the second day we got a photocopy ... Total chaos...
I request that you allow us to retake the course free of charge and this time really planned and prepared...

I’m sorry you’ve had to attend the training without books and being our trainer being unprofessional in maintaining punctuality. I can definitely see how frustrating the experience. I would be so annoyed in the same situation.

Wonderful Experience
The instructor was excellent! He encouraged us to draw on any current or past employment to understand the principles of the lessons in order for us to have a point of reference and then he would unpack the information from there. The classes were very conversational and discussion oriented. I was very lucky to be one of only two students so we basically had our very own private tutor. Wonderful experience.

Salesforce Admin 201 Course
I learned a lot about Salesforce and the course was great value for the money. This brought me a lot closer to being able to take the Salesforce admin certification exam. The trainer was very good and I understood the concepts she was explaining and was able to apply them in the training exercises.

I have attended PMP training and I am glad that I have chosen trainerkart for my training, I got trained under Jason, he explains each and every aspects in details, and has vast knowledge and experience. I have also received post training assistance, I would definitely recommend trainerkart.

Onsite class
Onsite class, which I drove 200 miles to, was "cancelled" at the last minute the morning I arrived. I was offered an online class and refund.
The class was frequently interrupted with technical issues.
My manual did not match the class materials (missing 2 chapter).
All-in-all a terrible experience.

We always ensure we deliver classroom training even if we are left with only one customer in any particular training location. So that customer's work schedule is not affected due to the cancellation and rescheduling by the other fellow participants from the same location. We conduct such class by investing additional amount from our side so that our customer will have good training experience with us. Sometimes class do cancel either due to some emergencies from the Trainer's side.
We appreciate and thankful to you for agreeing to take Online Instructor Led Training with a partial refund.
Regarding the missing chapters - please send an email to us at support@trainerkart.com with some more details and share you the updated material. If you are still not confident to take up the PMP Exam, please do let us know, we will be proving you additional learning materials.

I had attended PMP training and glad that I did it. It was very informative and instructor was highly professional and experienced. As a project manager, I have got clarity on the concepts of project management and various real projects case studies have increase my confidence. Highly recommended!

I have completed lean six sigma green…
I have completed lean six sigma green belt training. The trainer was really helpful and completed the syllabus on time and also provided live examples which made me easy to remember concepts. The learning platform offered is outstanding. Overall, great learning experience!

Company refused to refund
I scheduled a class for end of January, the instructor had to reschedule so I made travel arrangements only to arrive and find that iCert/TrainerKart had not paid the instructor. I, as the customer was in the middle of a fight between this company and their hired contract trainer. When I tried to resolve the company refused and made it the customer's problem.

We understand that your concern is genuine. You have received the training venue details from our team on Jan 23rd. We have already shared all the screen shots from your email chain for your reference.
There is breach of contract from the Trainer, we do accept it. This is the reason why we are still extending our support to provide training. Once the trainer agrees and accepts our terms, we share the participant’s details to the trainer. He took an advantage with that information to contact you without looping us.
We also found in your email commutation with the trainer on Jan 18th that you have changed the reservations and schedule and to take the class from 1/31 – 2/2. It was not notified to us.
The email exchange between you and trainer has lots of disconnects, as there is possibility that he contacted you and had some discussion around this training. These emails you had exchanged with him are private discussion between you two, as we are not a part of the email chain. If he had represented us, why would he be interested in knowing how you had made the payment, where you are stay etc. There is possibility that Trainer had offered some deal to you to register with his company (his company PMimmersion which provides same PMP training). It looks like entire thing is pre-planned and he just gave lame excuses to cancel the class and process the refund.
After the first rescheduling request itself, you are not eligible for refund and you had notified after the rescheduling deadline is over. We have accepted the rescheduling without imposing any rescheduling fee as we do understand at times we have to cancel other engagements due to important projects/emergencies.
However, we are still ready to provide the training with different Instructor. You can select your preferred date and location. We will ensure we deliver it to your expectation.
