This course was sold as a PMP exam prep…
This course was sold as a PMP exam prep course but was really an intro to project management. I raised concerns about the course material provided during the e-learning sessions (before the live class started), and was assured the live sessions would be better. They were not. This was no where near an exam prep course, the quizzes we were given had numerous questions that the instructor had to throw out due to poor structure and/or incorrect answers available to choose from. I asked for a refund the first day of the live sessions and have been denied. This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable training courses I have ever taken. I would not recommend this course or this training company to anyone.
Update: Trainerkart responded to this review and asked me to provide my information to resolve this complaint. I did provide my information and was not contacted for any further resolution. I would still highly recommend for anyone looking into PMP training to go elsewhere.
Update in response to Trainerkart reply: No one has been in touch with me regarding this issue since I was asked to provide my contact information. This complaint has not been dealt with or satisfied with any type of resolution.

We are glad to inform that our team had reviewed your case diligently. It traces us back right from your first email transaction with our team member Mr. Albert Paul. As far as the content is concerned, our content writers are from the same field doing their jobs from years. It has been already communicated to you before as well by Mr. Albert that the 4 days class will cover the PMBOK 6th edition where trainer has to talk on the 5 knowledge areas and do the training and Agile methodologies, the last day of the training is for Q&A, and the trainer will deal with the examination procedures and questions. All instructor led live virtual class is based on this methodology and followed by all institutions and we are not different.
Needless to say that, PMI needs PMP candidate to have 35 contact hours which is mandatory and it should be based on PMBOK – 6th edition.
Additionally, we’d like to add that we are in here from many years providing our services to this industry and so far we have not received this sort of a question.
We are always committed to customer satisfaction and our effort has always been customer-centric. Our support team is very proactive regarding any issue.
We will be happy to serve you again in future.

Terrible Customer Service

This speaks for the level of care on the side of the organization, especially when one has to build schedule around the dates of training. Will not be looking to take any classes with them in the future.
UPDATE: August 7, 2018: Just as I thought the matters couldn't get any worse, Trainerkart has been "processing" the promised refund for over 3 weeks now. I've had enough of apologies and back-and-forths with Frank, so addressing the issue directly with my bank now, which will take it to the vendor. This company is a FRAUD.

We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience and not able to adhere to what we have committed for. Our support team had already in touch with you regarding this issue and the issue has been resolved from our end.
Along with all the necessary course details, we had clearly mentioned that if the particular class does not have a minimum registrations, the instructor are reluctant to deliver the classes. But, it is not the case always, many a times we have step out beyond our zone to make sure the class gets conducted even though it is less than minimum registration (even with only one participant). We always make sure the customers get what we have promised for. Please understand we only cancel/reschedule the classes, when it is extremely necessary and unavoidable.
As far as refund is concerned, we have 30 days refund policy window which is clearly mentioned in our refund policy guidelines.
We are customer-centric organization. Our support team is very proactive regarding any issue.
We will be more than happy to serve you in future.

FRAUD/SCAM organization! PMP trainer for TrainerKart....DO NOT USE!!!
I taught a 4 day PMP course for TrainerKart (ICertGlobal is their other company name) in San Diego CA Feb 27-Mar 2. The PMP course material they provided was riddled with errors, and it was clear to me that the material was written by someone in India. The grammar, spelling, and general writing was atrocious!
I am a PMP certified project manager with over 12 years of experience, and I can attest to the blatant mistakes in their multiple choice questions/answers. Please read the other reviews on this company before you proceed. It is a complete scam! I believe most of the positive reviews are fake.
Also, the overall communication was terrible, as no one spoke proper English. After teaching the course, the person I was communicating with magically disappeared. They found me on LinkedIn and did not vet me at all. They just assumed that I could teach the course because I had my PMP certification.
I feel very bad for the two students I taught. They deserved better. Also, it took multiple emails/phone calls just to get paid the $600 for teaching the course, and there was a wire transfer fee of $15. I had to get my lawyer involved and it took two months just to get paid.

I signed up for a class (and paid for it) on March 3rd. By March 5 they were trying to reschedule it and/or move to a different venue. Ten days before the class (scheduled for April 1) they cancelled the class. As of today, 3/31, you can still sign up for this class. As of today 3/31 I have not received a reimbursement for the cancelled class. This company immediately tried to reschedule the class. They claimed a medical emergency for their trainer (10 days before the class). Unacceptable business practices. I am out the deposits on the hotel and interest on my credit card fees. I would NOT recommend this training company.

PMP Online Training
I had attended their pmp online training. The instructor was knowledgeable and supportive. Sales and customer support team are prompt and professional. They provide soft copy materials only, it could have been better if they provide hard copy material for some of the materials.
