I had an amazing experience with Travel…
I had an amazing experience with Travel Blue's customer support team in India. I purchased a TSA lock, which unfortunately got stuck mechanically after some use. I reached out to their support team via email, and they responded very quickly.
A special thanks to Ms. Asavari and the technical team for approving my warranty claim so promptly and arranging a brand-new replacement lock within just 2 days. The whole process was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free.
Exceptional 5-star service! Highly recommended!

Thank you for replacing my Travel Pillow
After one use the inner lining of my pillow leaked. I contacted Travel Blue and they sent a replacement pillow which arrived today (June 8, 2026) It was so well packaged with so much tape that it took awhile to open it. Once I got it opened, I found that Travel Bule also sent a luggage tag. Thank you. I will use both the pillow and tag on my next journey.

Observed that threads are coming out…
Observed that threads are coming out from the bag and I was surprised as I have used Travel Blue items earlier too.Sent an email infirming my concern on 27th May 2026.Next day received reply from Millie.L the next day apologising for the inconvenience and mentioning Ithat Iwould be provided with a new bag . Received the new bag this noon subsequent to a Telephone call from Mr Randheer, OF Enthusiasm Star Genl Trading,Distributor in UAE .Extremely pleased with the Customer Service provided by Travel Blue. Needless to mention I would not only go in for buying more and more Travel Blue items but also recommend the brand to my family members and friends.

Good company keep travel ling
Got Good support for the small issue with the product. Issue with the air blow neck pillow which was immediate replaces. Service center in parle helped , good polite staff
