The hotel (Zedwell)…charges to store your bags
When we arrived at the hotel (Zedwell) to check in our luggage before our guided walk they charged us £15 per bag to look after our bags for us (total £30). Later when we checked in, we discovered that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room which you had told us there would be so your information was incorrect. Also there was not tv in the room. Poppies was good and the guide we had for the walk was very good. It was not his fault that there was torrential rain and we got soaked through.

Driver was 15 minutes late but got us…
Driver was 15 minutes late but got us to the airport at the time we expected. However, we told him we needed to go to British Airways terminal. He dropped us off at Terminal 2 and when we got inside terminal we found out we needed to be at Terminal 5. It took us 40 minutes to get to the correct terminal.

Harry Potter Studios trip
Harry Potter Studios trip. Easy to buy, but no clear instructions about the time when to enter. Info came 6 days prior and went to junk email. Tour operator did not find our booking at first: the reservation was under first name (not last) and not under the name who had made the booking.

Use caution!
We purchased a package including hotel, bus tour of London and transportation to the Southampton port. The company completely screwed up our transfer to the port and left us stranded in London. I had our confirmation but they claimed there were no drivers. There were no return calls to me and I had to call multiple times. Thankfully the hotel staff jumped in to get us where we needed to go!

Cruiseport to Airport with stop in Winchester
Chose this Tour because was convenient to allow us to go to a town of our choice Winchester, rather than the standards Windsor and Stonehenge that we had already been to. Lovely town recommend this stop and perfect to pass some time in between so served its purpose. However Driver was on personal calls while driving the whole time and had sweater up blocking view from back seat Not allowed in our country and thought it was not appropriate. Would have been nice to have some music playing or to have engaging conversation.

We booked our travel thru Travel…
We booked our travel thru Travel Compendium (TC) about 6 months ago. During the proceeding months they reached out to us several times to re-confirm our departure time and pick up. Originall, when we booked we thought we would have less luggage than we ended up with. Two days before our journey reached out to us and when advised of our luggage situation, they arranged for a larger transport at very reasonable pricing. Our transport was a very nice Mercedes Van with a wonderful driver, who I will probably misspell his name “Micheale”. We were transported from London to Southampton to the QM2. I really would recommend this company.

Driver was outstanding
Driver was punctual, very interested in us as a couple and expressed genuine interest in our experience in the UK. In addition Laura was an excellent driver who delivered us safely and on time to our destination. Highly recommend this service

Driver and pickup was very good
Driver and pickup was very good. Where I would downgrade the company is in correspondence. Although t hey communicated a lot, it was different people each time and mostly form replies. I would answer one person and the next day get a standard form from another person asking the same questions. I never knew if they were getting the answers I was giving or changes I was making. Follow up lettets always said " your account has been upgraded." I never knew if things were going to be what i requested. Ultimately, when I got to London, I talked to someone in person. Everything worked out, but it was frustrating.
