Always find service fantastic with no issues

The young lady that helped me was very efficient by explaining the procedure to me.

Very helpful and enthusiastic staff member.

The Indian staff who catered to me was very unprofessional. I gave a total of 1200 in cash to be converted to New Zealand dollars and he counted 1000 instead. I corrected him and told him to count again and he dismissed me. When he finally recounted it was indeed 1200 and he didn’t even apologize. He didn’t even tell me the rates or any vital informations about the transaction. I had to ask every single question with one worded replies from him. I will not be returning here as it felt really un-secure. Also when I asked for the rates and wanted to make sure he didn’t short me, he very rudely scoffed at me.

A very pleasant experience as a new customer although I cannot remember being told what the rate was even though it was held for 2 days and turned out to be higher than the bank rate.
I will request the rate as I intend to go back in the next day or so for further funds.
Made to feel welcome and delightful person servicing the counter.

We’ve always used Travel Money in Queenstown and highly rate it

The service was excellent, however, I was quoted the wrong rate in error. Hence the 3 stars, I walked away with a lot less than expected and because of the mix up, I didn’t think too much about the new rate until I got home. If I had been quoted this rate at the start I wouldn’t have brought the currency, I would have waited for another day when the rate was higher.

I have not been able to top up my card and it hasn't worked in the machines in singapore.

I have spent 3 days on the phone trying to sort it out, i have tried topping up via the app and online to no avail. I was told that the reason was because the name on my debit card didn't match my passport card and that my card was a joint holder card. Rubbish excuses as my son got the same error message and he's single and his card names match.

Was told to wait 24 to 48 hours before trying again, that still didn't work and was told to try to use a different payment method still leaving me with no access to money when I needed it ovet the weekend.

Will not be using cash passport in the future and do not recommend anyone else does either
