Rita was very knowledgeable about currency all over the world. Very friendly I would recommend this company for great rates and fast customer service and Rita is an asset to this company with her excellent customer service and friendly vibe. Thank you Rita so nice meeting you!

Can’t reset password

Hi there, Great that I can access my money easily but I have forgotten my password to check balance and despite filling in personal details and trying two email addresses to reset password, cash passport have not replied via email regarding temporary password and process to continue reset. Please advise. Thanks Sue

If you're still having trouble, please call Mastercard on 0800 444 691 and they'll be able to assist you over the phone.

Young guy first thought he couldnt help me but he called his manager on the phone and then sorted it! I had been to 5 other exchange places none of them could help me! AAAAA+++++

What a great experience!

What a great experience! Having just been told we couldn't get British money from our own bank we came here, no hassle, stress free & immediate! Definitely a fan!

Great... If you don't travel far from home

While billed as a foreign transaction card, it's only useful across a limited range of currencies in mostly Western countries. If you're travelling to any areas outside of this catchment the card charges significantly more than a regular bank card for transaction fees.

Hey JM,

We appreciate you taking the time to provide valuable feedback. Our Cash Passport can be loaded with 9 foreign currencies including Japanese yen, the Hong Kong dollar, the Singapore dollar and the United Arab Emirates dirham. None of your personal information is stored on the card, unlike a credit card which is connected to your financial institution. This provides extra security in the event your card is lost or stolen. We can also assess your eligibility for emergency cash overseas.

Fantastic service.
The assistant that was on at the North West branch on the 24th of February in the morning was very helpful & knowledgeable. Definitely going back.
