Goto an actual tire shop

They advertise they report payments to credit but they do NOT. I contacted them shortly after initial install and explained I suspect an out of balance tire or defective tire, they said to put in rotation request and the technician would rebalance but guess what that didn't happen. I finally had enough and went to a shop and had them checked. 1 had no weight at all, 1 had a weight twice the size as needed and the other two had undersized weights. Of course by this point there are odd wear patterns consistent with being out of balance. When I contacted customer service the only resolution offered was to refund what I paid shop to balance. I asked for a supervisor/manager to contact me last month and have yet to be contacted.

Terrible customer service

After the car with the subscription was totalled in a car accident, I requested that my subscription be moved to my new car. Nope! I still have to pay the remaining year on a car/tires I no longer have. I offered setting up a whole new contract on the new car. They keep a loyal customer and I keep their service. Win-win, right? Nope. I highly recommend you avoid this company. Accidents happen and they won't care.

As our support team covered with you and as outlined in your agreement, tires are not transferable between different vehicles, which is why subscriptions can't be transferred between vehicles. Also, as our support team suggested we are happy to provide additional information needed to include any outstanding balance on your account to include on your claim with your auto insurance carrier. We are here to support you through this challenging event.

I really like this service, but...

I really like this service, very convenient. They offer oil changes now but it's only monday thur friday business hours.
I referred someone and i have yet to get my credit of 75 bucks. I reached out to customer service and got no answer.
They usually respond pretty fast but lately, they been MIA.

Regarding the oil change service hours, we appreciate your input we do our best to offer service times to best accommodate our valued customers, but occasionally have certain limitations.

Regarding your referral credit, credits are applied to your account the following month after your referral has successfully signed up. Our team will ensure that the $75 referral credit is applied to your account promptly.

When trying to schedule the app kept…

When trying to schedule the app kept giving me a error message wouldnt let me schedule a rotation appointment. Then when i finally scheduled the truck that came out over torqued the lug nuts so i had to go to discount tire and replace them. 67.00 out of pocket. I would not recommend treads to any one. Had a flat arround christmas could not get any one to come and fix again had to go to discount tire. They take my money every month but hard to help me when i need them
