They give you all of these options for tires then once you subscribe turn around and tell you that they have about 4 of the 10 brands available as an option. It’s very deceptive marketing to advertise these options so that one subscribes to then turn around and limit the options available and offer me a more expensive plan in order to have the options that were advertised under the subscription terms I chose.

Tire inventory and availability can fluctuate and unfortunately, we can't always guarantee a specific brand and model of a tire will be available. We do utilize real-time inventory availability when using the Treads app to offer you the widest selection of choices possible. Although you did not subscribe to Treads, hopefully, we will be able to serve you as a customer in the future.

My wires were showing and my other tires were horrible. The soonest was 5 days later. I sent a message and was able to come within 36 hours. They were very quick and my car drives amazing now.

New service
Treads made my life so much easier they got my new tires installed fast and easy they came to my house when they where scheduled got it done while i was at work. My wife said that they guy got it done as soon as he got their with the new set of tires he was helpful explaining to her what was going to get done. Overall we where happy with the service thanks treads for this wonderful company.

Definitely worth the money
The customer service experience is amazing, I have nothing bad to say. The signup process is easy. I definitely recommend treads to all my friends and family any chance. I love how I do not have to wait hours at a tire shop with my daughter just to get 4 tires. The company that comes to my house are very professional and friendly and handle my vehicle with care. Thank you treads

Great customer service
Great customer service! I love the fact that we recieved quality tires & that we were able to make an appointment for them to come to us for install rather than sitting at a tire shop for hours. When it was time for tire rotation, it was just as easy. Fast, convenient and they come to you! Friendly reminders to check air pressure and if we ever have questions , customer service responds quickly! We’ve had our tires since August 10, 2022. Haven’t had any issues with them whatsoever!
