Trustworthy, dependable excellent service

Scam!!! 3 to 4 days for a flat tire repair!!! Had my tires less than 3 months and NONE of then hold air!!!! Have a flat in one and THREE DAYS for someone to come out!! Anyone want to go into a class action lawsuit with me? This company will send out crappy tires and shady people to put them on. They do NOT respond to messages for HOURS!!! 110 degrees here and 3 days with a flat on the side of the road. Do NOT DO THIS!!!

Wen I 1st heard about treadz I waz like man this a scam so ain't nobody about 2 come put new tires on nobody's car 4 40 amonth but I kept c n the advertisement so I decided 2 give it a try they came thru plugged me in & now I got 2 new rubber thanks treads wen I get my 63 buick lasabre & my 1980 Cutlass I will b getn tires frm yall glad yall came up with this it helps out alot CHECK THEM OUT YALL THE ON IT ITS WOTH IT 💯🎊🎉🎊🎉

Grateful I went with my instinct to give Treads a try. Service has been very great since first initial contact with the agent online, to when the service tech came to my place to install all 4 tires I ordered. They kept great contact the whole time and didn’t even me for to step out for any reason. They were fast exchanging all 4 tires. I have been and will continue to highly recommend Treads for tire service.

I went into this deal thinking that it would be a disastrous experience that would ultimately lead to me canceling the subscription but, I was greeted by the technician (who showed up early) with the tires I wanted and he was done in less than an hour! I’ve told everyone I know about Treads and I never give recommendations. Keep it up; this is a great idea and should be used by everyone who drives a car!

Treads is a life saver. I needed 4 new tires and they came through and in 45 mins at my house rotated and installed all 4. They were also very understanding about some scheduling issues and they have great customer service practices.

Came across the advertisement for Treads and did a little digging into the reviews. Decided to give it a try and I am glad I did - sign up was quick and easy, and before I knew it I had 4 new tires. The same tires I was going to purchase locally as a matter of fact. They came to my office and 45 minutes later they were done. Highly recommend this!

Awesome experience from start to finish! Totally seamless process, worry and stress free. I wasn’t even at home the tech took care of everything, respected my property and my neighbors. Completed the installation in 25-30 mins at tops! I love this service, I’ve since shared and encouraged some friends to join.

Awesome service! Very responsive customer service via chat. I signed up and they sent someone out to swap out my tires within a few days. I feel more secure on the road knowing that my tires will be taken care of. I was even able to lower my insurance a bit because my Tread membership comes with so many perks. Thank you Tread!

A little background information. I did a lot of research and soul seeking on this before we committed to it. First thought was that it was too good to be true, but after continuing to talk with Zach about it he made me feel very comfortable about giving it a try. I had a funeral that I needed to attend at the last minute and waiting until the next week wasn’t going to work for getting the tires installed. Zach communicated with the installer in our area, they called me and setup a time to come out and do it. They met me at my office which was amazing. The installer Aaron was top notch as well! Very friendly, extremely transparent. Estimated 45 minutes and was done in 35-40 minutes. I was his last stop and he was definitely in no hurry to rush off. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with the experience! I could not be happier with my experience using this.

The app updates quite often and can cause a scheduling glitch if the timing is right but the customer service more than makes up for it!
