I got my new tiers installed on September 15th. Let me tell you how professional there are. They came to my house and installed them fast. Zach,Tyler,and Robert are very helpful they act fast to your needs. The services are the real deal, I’m telling all my friends and family about this and hope they join. They worker’s the send to install were very professional too and courteous. Keep up the great service your are doing and great service to your customers and your will be able to stay in business for a long time.

Ive only been with Treads for one month but i'm very satisfied and happy with the subscription. As an uber driver tires are essential. I ordered subscription for $30 and within 2 days i had 4 brand new tires. In addition i had a flat and received new tire as old tire was beyond repair. I liked program so much my wife has subscription as well

Treads has been great to work with so far! Tire installation was done quickly and correctly, it is very convenient! Would highly recommend a subscription with the Treads App.

Great service overall. I'm pleased with the selection of tires, though the upgraded options aren't available in my area so that was a teeny bit disappointing. The installation went well. They needed to reschedule due to a problem with their vehicle but when they did arrive it was quick and well done. Communication could be better but as with all new things there will always be bugs that have to be worked out. None of the hurdles was monumental and I'm very happy with my tires. Would definitely recommend

Ran across an ad for this company on Facebook and after being intrigued and reading alllll of the fine print, I decided it was not only 100% worth pulling the trigger on, but I wondered where a company like this had BEEN all of my 60 years!!
I downloaded the very smooth app and quickly signed up in just a few minutes, and in two days, my tires were here... and on my car!! 🥰
The guy that came out to do the install on an INSANELY hot day, was a true professional, very polite, well-groomed, and easily had all four tires on my 2008 Impala in no time flat; probably about 30 minutes.
I chose the standard plan (right in the middle), and for me as a single woman, this is THE best insurance policy for my tires than I could've ever dreamt of. Once it all averages out, the value is phenomenal for everything that's included with this plan, and I'll never 2nd guess my decision! Thank you Treads, for keeping me safe!! 😊

They came out to my house at a time and day I set up and put 4 new tires on my car in under an hour. I have yet to use any of the other services but I am fairly confident in them.

So far it’s been well worth the cost with 4 new tires, roadside assistance and any flat tire repair and replacement included all for $30 a month

Treads is amazing I got the app paid my fees and 2 days later I had some extremely nice tires on my truck all terrain and they make no road noise what so ever would recommend to everybody there tire selection is unbeatable and not a bad price at the end.

Fair great pricing came out took care of me and the process was simple and easy I drive a lot so I needed this app. Definitely recommend if you drive a lot the subscriptions pay for themselves. It’s just piece of mind at the end of the day

Listen ppl these guys are going to put every tire business out of business soon! Best service EVER!!!! When I say from start to finish my services were AMAZING! They came to my home on time not a second nor a minute late and all of 45 minutes and F-150 and a SUV a total of eight tires one vehicle had 20 inch tires all of 45 minutes or less they were done balance rotated everything Superior absolutely Superior service from start to finish even customer service they answered every single question I had best service not only do they service you with brand new tires but you also get the amazing package of roadside assistance as well amazing for dirt cheap I paid $90 for two vehicles I can't beat that for my SUV alone I would pay over $600 for four brand new tires people you have to get this service it is a must the only services the other tire shops will be able to do is maintenance on your vehicle because this is the ultimate business lick whoever created this is a absolute genius love it love it love it and I highly recommend it they will come to your job they will come to we are home restaurant wherever you are and install the service or any type of roadside assistance that you are needing I love it it's a must take my advice get the service

This was the first time I used treads and now I have to accounts. The service is excelent and the other company that is used to get the tires installed. You need to keep Elite Mobile. Both treads and Elite Mobile are very curtious and quick to give you an answer. Also if there is a problem they are quick to resolve it in a kind manner. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL. I SUPPORT THERE BUSINESS

Treads was amazing with replacing and installing my tires in 25 minutes while I was working. I am so grateful for this place for they have allowed my car to drive better and smoother and safer.

These people are definantly a breath of fresh air in a time when most things stink! The installer was super nice. He jacked my car up took off the old tires and replaced them with brand new spanking All Terrain tires. They'll come to you wherever your at and it only took 1 hour. I just calmly watched them from my window sipping coffee. No lines, no driving and no people!!

I would highly recommend using Treads. The service is top notch. They have answers, when I had questions. Responded to any issues I may have had in a very timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better . Ty Treads

Never showed up for the installation appointment. I contacted support and they said the installers had me on the schedule for the next day, but the app had today listed. I was going out of town the next day and couldn’t make the appointment. So I canceled the entire thing.

If they couldn’t make an attempt to make a halfway decent FIRST impression, how was it going to go when I got the tires on my car. No thanks.

At discount tire now getting tires on my car before we leave town.

I have it two stars because the support guy was okay. Waaaaay too happy to cancel my subscription though.
