I joined TN about 9 years ago. it's so great to plant, and water seeds to grow more trees on our Earth. Especially habitats for wildlife. Thanks TN for making it so for me, and others who care, to make positive change in this world:)

Love the ease of use ,and all the good work being done , it’s a great way to plant trees around the world and gift to your friends if you wish . You also get lovely pictures of the trees you’ve planted and feed back from the projects you’ve helped 👍

Camino Verde, Peru (near Puerto Maldonado:)

I have a deep respect for the work taking place by Camino Verde, Robin VanLoon and all of the other individuals I met along my journey there a couple years ago. I’ve continued to keep contact with the organization in hopes of returning next winter to continue to learn and be an active steward of this planet we share.

Camino Verde has such a brilliant balance between focusing upon the needs of individuals involved and the selfless task of planting that which has edible, medicinal, and otherwise practical species; even those which simply assist the function of the rest in an ecosystem.

The heart felt in the presence of members of the organization is tangible. These are people who wish to assist others in the larger community, the visitor and the earth.

I consider myself very lucky to have met Robin VanLoon many years ago when we were still in the transitions of our journeys toward doing what might best serve all that is with love and light and I am sincerely honored to know him and to have spent time in the rainforest with Camino Verde during the rainy season.

The work is so very multi-faceted and includes great scientific process as well as a deep appreciation for what can only be called the sacredness of what we share with each-other and the other species we live alongside during our time here on earth.

They keep 35% of the received money themselves. Trilliontreecampaign.org keeps 0% of raised funds.

They promote the growing of Pinus Patula in India and Eyst Africa, where it is not only known to be exotic but also invasive. Not worth supporting

Great concept, nicely implemented.

I love this platform. Besides the fact that they are doing something proactive towards building a more sustainable future, the whole website is extremely fun to use. They managed to make tree planting and the whole endorsement system simple and exciting. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to give back to nature.

Based on my five years experience working with most of the farmers in Mbarali, the issue is not just trees. I recommend a critical understanding of both trees species co-existence and individual farmers needs to have a successful tree planting project in Tanzania. It is sometimes difficult in rural areas where people need trees to cover almost everything they do in life.

Excellent site to develop action plan with your friends and family to protect our life from Climate Change planting Trees. Let's do it all together.

Why it is so difficult to send money via PayPal? Not everyone is brave enought to expose credit card information to unknown site. And why information about Paypal option is so hard to find? I was looking for years for this opportunity until found how to do it last Saturday. It's almost Thuesday but money didn't reache account yet. Still zero trees after all those years of search hiw to plant trees in Africa. Is it really difficult to add normally working Paypal?

Greetings from Nature's Gold. I Love Tree-Nation. Planting Trees is very important to me and a part of my life's purpose. When my partner Master of Manifestationz invited me, I was excited to be able to plant trees, but even more excited that me and my company could assist in the mission for a more sustainable environment by offsetting CO2 in a Natural Community. I am now gifting trees to my family, friends, and business partners as a ticket and as a token of appreciation to our ecosystem and class where we teach about Natural Wealth Building and they are starting to offset as well. Such an Amazing Project to Be Apart Of!!! In addition, the website is easy to use and the members of the Nation have been So Supportive!!!

Very good idea to help the nature to come back at the top of priority.

At a time when climate change is on everyone's lips but many still struggle finding ways of chipping in and doing their bit to make ours a better planet, Tree-Nation is an excellent solution for individuals and companies alike. It won't be a cure-all, like any other remedies we see popping up around us at an increasing rate nowadays, but it's a great first step. Easy to access, easy to replicate, easy to promote with friends, colleagues, business partners, etc.

The platform is very easy to use. You can choose easily the type of tree and the place to plant it. After doing it you get all the information related to CO2 immediately.

Okay they plant trees, not bad. But what is this gamification all about. They make potential tree owners do mundane clicking excercies so that trees are planted. Clicking around does not generate any additional funding by itself, so it is really just wasting everyone's time and it gives people the feeling they did something good by simply spending time on the page in pointless clicking excercises. I understand that it is a way to nudge people to spend their actual money on trees, but still the concept seems to be flawed, tricking people into thinking they are doing something good by wasting their time on the website. 3/5 for the hopefully genuine intentions
p.s.: one thing that did not influence my rating but made me suspicious: how can you possibly plant a tree for just 10 cent as offered on their website?
