In 2009 I planted my first tree with Tree-Nation via a magazine subscription. I was fascinated by the ambitious mission and surprised how easy it was to for me to support projects with big impacts. Since then Tree-Nation projects planted more than 4.000.000 trees! Tree-Nation offers an easily accessible platform for individuals and companies to support reforestation projects around the globe and, meanwhile, offset their carbon emissions. I think Tree-Nation is especially trustworthy due to their transparency: You can choose directly what project you want to support and get detailed information about what trees are planted or what wider socio-economic effects can be expected from the project. Moreover, they inform about different certification approaches and in the same time offer opportunities for small-scale uncertified projects. Tree-Nation is perfect for everyone who cares about the environment and wants to tackle climate change. Check it out!

Tree-Nation is a brilliant not-for-profit whose concept is one that truly makes a difference in the world. Their system of educating people on different environmental issues and incentivising offsetting of carbon levels for individuals and corporate names in return for funding to help the many vital reforestation projects across the globe is wonderful in that it gets more people talking about climate change and also helps some really worthwhile projects in creating beautiful forests for natural habitats, corridors for animals to move through, and of course, more trees which in themselves are probably one of the most important things we can have on this Earth!!

Great initiative taken by tree-nation, it is a pressing need to reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere to prevent further disasters caused by climate change. Carbon offsets provided by tree nation is substantially helping companies to reduce their carbon emissions. Absolutely user-friendly web interface.

I am so delighted and grateful to be a part of Tree-Nation! they are consistent and truly work towards making a difference. As a volunteer (virtual), I feel welcomed and comfortable working with them and they surely provide apt facts and figures, are transparent with their success and plans and do not exclude anyone from participating.

Lots of people really care about our environment these days and more and more people are realising the true scale of the climate crisis and climate change as a direct result of human activity. Often I think it can be frustrating and overwhelming for many people and even though we'd like to help, we feel a sense of helplessness and powerlessness and don't know where to start. Well planting a tree, for as little as 3€, using Tree-Nation's global platform is something that anybody can do right now, to make a positive impact on our planet and take a stand against climate change. We are not powerless. We can make a difference, and getting involved in and supporting global tree planting projects like Tree-Nation's, is a great way to do that.
