I have ordered a jacket on December 31,2020 and it arrived in Athens Greece on March 28, 2021, 4 months later. I was informed by the airport customs that the package was scanned and no contents were found inside. I asked for compensation by giving my IBAN and they avoid giving me the money back.I demand a refund otherwise I will have to move in court.Seriously do not order from that site.My track number status is

I've seen the bad reviews here multiple times, and I believe the reviewers but I decided to give it a try anyway. I've ordered 2 times from them in October 2020 and I ordered once this month. The first 2 times I ordered arrived perfectly fine, took a week or 2. This time my order arrived in less than 2 days. I live in Spain and the company is based in Spain so of course this factors in the delivery speed. I've never had to email the customer support, thankfully, so I don't have any experience with that.

Order # 21552770 a Berghaus jacket & 2 camping mugs, were never delivered & Trekking are refusing to acknowledge this or give a refund. DPD have confirmed the package never arrived in Ireland. They try to blame the customer. Avoid.

Alt i alt en fin oplevelse. Der kom ret hurtigt link til tracking, så jeg kunne følge pakken. Levering var dog lige 3-4 dage senere end oplyst, derfor det ikke er en "5'er"

It is not possible to shop as a guest. I don´t want to have an account with them. This is ultimately making their service unacceptable for me.

Sneeuwlaarzen besteld in maat 35/36, mijn dochter heeft 35. Desondanks zijn de laarzen veel te klein voor mijn dochter. Na bestelling heeft het 2 weken geduurd voordat ik product eindelijk ontving (veel langer dan vermeld bij bestelling). Een retourlabel ontving ik pas 5 dagen na aanvraag en dan moet ik ook nog eens retourkosten betalen van eur 7,99. Trekinn levert heel langzaam een product waarvan de maten niet kloppen en dan ben ik ook nog eens 2x verzendkosten kwijt. 4 weken na retourzenden via hun verzendpartner nog altijd niet door hen verwerkt en nog steeds geen geld terug. Mijn laatste bestelling hier. Zeer sterk af te raden webwinkel.

They say that they have a product in stock, but when you order they are suddenly out of stock and you have to wait over 6 weeks to get your product.

Worst service ever. If you like actually receiving the goods you’ve paid for or maybe a refund if they don’t show up I suggest going somewhere else

This is the worst company in the world. They charge you more for a return than there website states. They do not acknowledge receipt and do not refund, even though I used their
own return service. 8 weeks and all I get is the same automated message.
Do not purchase from Trekinn.

Their business model is to NOT hold any stock. Once they receive your order they then try to find the item elsewhere and have it shipped to them. Their estimated delivery times are deceptive. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

So, I knew there were bad reviews here and elsewhere of trekinn and their other ‘inn’ sites, but I thought I’d share my experience. I have ordered from them a few years ago sans issue, but I saw a jacket last week that was a real bargain. I had not ordered anything from the EU since the U.K. officially left so was expecting some sort of extra money to pay out for the privilege of ordering from the continent.
Anyway, my jacket turned up, it took a week but that fine as the pandemic has slowed everything down. It was in perfect condition and there were no extra charges to pay! Couldn’t be more happy. Maybe it was luck of the draw, but I’ve always had zero issues for all my orders.

Jeg var nervøs, da jeg bestilte hos Trekinn, inden jeg læste anmeldelser. Men det er jeg glad for nu! Jeg bestilte et par sko, som stod at de kunne leveres ca. 10 dage senere. De holdt hvad de lovede og skoene ankom helt efter tidsplanen. Jeg fik et tracking nr. som jeg kunne følge. De trak dog pengene lidt før de afsendte skoene, men det var tilat leve med :)

Incredibly poor service ... I bought a tent (salewa sierra leone iii) which had defective vanes. I sent them photos and all the receipts I had and they asked me to return them .. I did it as they asked me and after 5 months in the mail they told me that they do not know where my old bands I sent them (I had sent by mail photo of the receipt that said that they received them) and that they thought that the case was closed ... I can not understand their reasoning .. At the moment a total of 6 months have passed and they have kept even my old paid vanes ... Of course I can not get any edge with them and I just am not going to order again .. Unacceptable.

Disgusted with Trekkin, purchased an Adidas coat just after Christmas, sent it back 2 weeks later and you've been ignoring me

Great service, had no issues with ordering to the UK. Product was on exactly as stated and arrived on time.

I have ordered again through Trekinn for the second time after having a good experience the first but if you require an item quickly DON’T use parcel force, just go with standard Royal Mail as parcel force uses GLS as a courier and they couldn’t run a bath.

Please Trekinn consider using someone else as a courier especially if you are paying for a quicker delivery which in fact takes double the time due to GLS shipping.

Obfuscation, denial of receipt of returned goods even when sent evidence, unnecessary delay. However, I have now received refund after an anxious wait.
