No issues at all! Ordered my item and it gave expected delivery date but stated when shipping abroad it could take longer, my item was only 2 days later than expected date. Correct item and size received, very happy! I was worried as I read these reviews after my purchase, I messaged them a question on Facebook and they were helpful and replied the next working day. Can't fault them :)

Please please please stay away from this company. Ordered a jacket on 25/09 and estimated delivery was 05/10 to 11/10. As soon as a clicked purchase, the item went out of stock and they extended my delivery date to 25/10. ( no problem I thought). Then every day from 25/10 they have day by day increased my delivery date by a day. It now stands at 20/11 expected delivery date. When I queried this- they said even this date is not guaranteed and the item still isn’t in their warehouse. Well why are you taking money for things that aren’t in stock.. they extend delivery dates endlessly and tell you to wait or cancel the order. Give you generic responses when you complain. Please avoid I wish someone told me. They don’t deserve your money. Then they ask you on the reviews to put your order number in and never get back to you lol.

Wondering if Trekkin is legit business.. Ordered items in April and they confirmed the parcel was delivered 3 months back. Last week they directed me to go fetch the parcel at non-existent Post Office.. I now request you refund my full amount ASAP as you wasted my time filling lost parcel forms before lying about non-existent place.. Order 22864702

They sent me completely the wrong item (style, colour, logo, basically everything different). I am now being told I need to pay for the return (after they offered me 25% discount to keep the wrong item that I will never use). Why should I have to pay, I am sure this is buried deep in the terms and conditions somewhere. No doubt I will find it will cost more than the 25% discount to send it back to Spain from the UK insured and they are gambling that I will just give up. Will update with further progress.

Købte et par Salomon sko til vores søn ud fra størelsesguiden på hjemmesiden, hvor str 26 skulle passe en fod på 16cm. Da vi modtog skoene var de til vores overraskelse for små til vores søn selvom de ud fra guiden skulle være til den store side. Det viste sig så også, at skoens indersål kun målte ca. 16,4cm og altså aldrig vil kunne passe en fod på 16cm.
Fejl kan ske, så tog af et par omgange kontakt til deres kunde-“service” for at forklare dem at deres størelsesguide var vildledende og at de måtte betale returfragten. Fik ved hver henvendelse undvigende og ukonkret svar, der ikke svarede på simple konkrete spørgsmål.
Fuldstændig useriøst kommunikation med et firma der ikke er sin opgave voksen.

Ich hatte keine Größen zum Vergleich bestellt, eine Retoure wollte ich soweit möglich vermeiden. Als keine Bestellbestätigung einging begann ich zu recherchieren und wurde wirklich geschockt von den Bewertungen hier. Der Support hat sich unverzüglich gemeldet, danach ging alles richtig schnell. Meine Bestellung kam innerhalb von einer Woche, alle 6 Paar Kinderschuhe sind super, ich habe mich vorher informiert wie der Schuh ausfällt und gleich größer bestellt. Der Preis war gut, ich würde wieder bestellen wenn ich mir mit dem Produkt und der Größe sicher bin. Produkte zur Auswahl würde ich hier wohl eher nicht bestellen. Alles in allem aber echt gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Har bestilt 2 par sko af mærket Salewa. Efter 1,5 måned modtog jeg i stedet 2 beachflag med logoet RieRavn - etik og naturlig adfærd. Men altså ingen sko. Det er simpelthen absurd.

I bought two pairs of shoes from Trekinn, goods totalling just under £170. Despite being careful and following their sizing guidance, both pairs were too small, so I arranged to return and refund.

I had to pay another £11.49 in order to be able to print a return label. I paid, printed the label and shipped the parcel, which was tracked and arrived at it's destination the following morning.

I have sent messages to Trekinn asking about my refund. In answer to first query I was told that the return process took 3 to 4 weeks. This was four weeks after I had returned the goods.
My second query received the response that things were being delayed due to COVID and Brexit. Both these keywords are being used as an excuse for poor customer service.

It is now SEVEN WEEKS since I returned the items and I have not yet received a refund.

Take heed of the poor reviews Trekinn has received. Do not use this company if you expect to return your items and receive your money back.

After placing an order I was very concerned to read all these negative reviews but I've had a good experience with Trekinn and their courier Spring GDS. I saved £10 on the next cheapest deal online for my goods. The order took 10 days to arrive, which was 2 days over the estimate and the tracker only showed that the order was in transit. I contacted the courier for a update as the Trekinn website instructs and although they told me it is actually Trekinn's responsibility to contact their courier not mine they still gave me an accurate update on my parcel's expected delivery. I received it today and am very happy with the goods.

Do not use!

Item never arrived, signed for, but not by me. Courier (Royal Mail) advised to contact Trekinn. Six points of contact later and no meanigful response. Contract for delivery sits between supplier and courier - not the customer. Now over £100 out of pocket. Absolutely shocking!

I ordered "Large Colombia Thermarator Gloves" direct from a Google Ad from this company. They sent me Youth Large IE Children's. When I raised it with them they told me I ought to me more aware of their web site classification! I pointed out ALL the other brands of their Children's Gloves in their Children's Section were designated Children's...but not the ones I ordered. They don't seem to understand the importance of accurate Product Descriptions. Their customer service is slow as and each mail tool 5 days plus to respond. Their whole attitude is anti customer and they just don't seem to understand the fault is clearly theirs....worst customer experience I've ever had. Luckily both Google and Mastercard agree with me, so I just have to wait for a refund. But what a hassle! Buy from somewhere else.

I placed an order in Dec 20 (5 months ago), which never arrived. I contacted customer support who then told me it was my responsibility to deal with the delivery service (why, Trekinn are their customer). After I did that, customer service said they would review the case and follow up. Then they just stopped responding three months ago. I still haven't received my money back, after some 20 emails and calls. Cannot imagine a worse customer experience

I, like some others, had placed an order before reading any reviews and I'm glad that I did because I would have been reluctant to have ordered anything otherwise. I ordered two pairs of climbing shoes that arrived approximately two weeks later. I was well aware that the gear was shipping from Spain so wasn't expecting trekkINN to meet their estimated delivery dates; they are very optimistic. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and fit fine so I cannot comment as to what the returns experience would be like; most negative reviews appear to be people expecting, perhaps unrealistically, a rapid refund. The Spring GDS delivery service kept me updated and Royal Mail took over once in the UK. I'd happily order from them again.

I ordered a pair of wellies from them, waited a few weeks and received the wrong size (their mistake). I returned them for a swap and I didnt hear anything for 3 months (the tracking just said in transit). After a lot of pushing I finally received a refund, but 4 months later I now need to order from elsewhere. What a waste of time.

Avoid this company at all costs. Returned a pair of climbing shoes to them using their own courier service called Cycleon. That was at the start of February. It is now 3 months later and I have not received a refund. Apparently the return is still in the courier's warehouse (according to tracking). Trekkin have done nothing to resolve this and I just get sent standard replies to my messages saying that my return can take 3-4 weeks and I need to wait. I have messaged the company several times but still get the same standard response. I am now going to try and reclaim the funds by making a complaint with my payment provider. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid ordering from this company as this is the worst service I have ever encountered. As others have said, it is bordering on criminal.

This company is terrible, do not use, their behavior is borderline criminal. Ordered a small adult jacket in Jan, they sent a small child’s, paid to return it using the recommended courier still no refund and no communication from customer service despite several emails, starting to accept that we have been ripped off to the tune of £60.
