They want nearly £12 to return an item by royal mail tracked 48 HR and you have to do it through Trekinn. This would cost around £4 if I did it direct with RM. They don't give an option to use your own courier online and you have to email them for an invoice which then gave the return address as Spain, so I had to paid £12. The return address was then in the UK! They force you to use RM and then profit off it!

Awful company. kept changing the delivery date for my order and no updates from customer service. I cancelled my order having waited for a month!

Absolutely shocking company. Placed an order at a 3-5 day delivery time, which took 14 days to be sent & 19 days to arrive. I emailed asking for a refund on delivery costs (£8.99 btw!) to which I was met with a dismissive response saying âthis is only an estimateâ. Whilst I appreciate that, Iâd expect better for such expensive delivery and the very least they should inform clients if there will be a delay.

Found this website... Looked good with a huge range of hiking boots... WRONG! I live in Australia... I ordered my boots on the 8/03....its the 24/03...and apparently it arrives the 1/04...the worst part... I spent $80 on "express shipping" ... The worst store I've seen in terms of shipping and client communications. I asked them how it was possible and they aren't very clear. It seems the item wasn't actually available and on backorder.. What a joke for a total of 373$ aud spent.. Save your money

I am struggling to return an item that took 11 days to arrive, their estimated delivery was 3 to 5 days - and it arrived too late for me to use. I am fed up with their customer service, I feel I am going round and round on a hampster wheel. I have tried to escalate the complaint but keep getting an automated reply. - I will never order from them again

My order was due 7 days at the latest after ordering according to the purchase email, it finally rocked up 10 days after this which was 17 days after the order.
One of the tops I ordered was way too small so I looked to return it via the website, their return cost was £11.49 and the top was only £10.99, considering how late the delivery was I emailed asking for a free return to compensate for the lateness which I think is more than fair.
I received an email totally irrelevant saying that my order had been delivered and their support was a complete waste of time with no comment regarding the free return request and the complaint of how expensive it was, I didn't see this in the returns policy before ordering!
I then sent another email explaining once again the issue and I've had no reply and am blatantly being ignored, shocking.

I returned, and they received the items 3 days after I posted, but 22 days later still hadn't processed my refund!
They are unwilling to speed things up, make exceptions, or deviate from policy to help customers.
Pay a little more and avoid them - they don't care enough about customers to deserve them.

Avoid! Please use a more reputable company. Placed order over 3 weeks ago. Not clear company is based in Spain and so international shipping required. 7 days later no updates. Then receive an email from Royal Mail stating it had been delivered - it had not. Tracking showed parcel delivered to Hounslow Royal Mail depot as error with label. They have therefore sent parcel back to Trekkit in Spain. Trekkit will not refund until they receive parcel back which is against EU legislation. Many emails sent, many phone calls made but they do not pick up. Generic email replys saying i will be refunded when parcel received back which is highly unlikely due to the label issues. Update- from reading the amount of reviews about delivery and refund issues, I am now concerned this is a scam company and they are knowingly sending out empty parcels to generate a tracking numbers with incorrect labels on knowing they will be returned

Mijn bestelling (64850586) van 14 december 2025 is waarschijnlijk bij de vervoerder kwijt geraakt. Ik heb dit sinds begin januari bij de klantenservice gemeld. Zij leggen de verantwoordelijk bij de klant om met de vervoerder contact op te nemen. Juridisch is de verkoper hiervoor verantwoordelijk!!!!
Vervolgens stellen zij onderzoek in bij de vervoerder. De resultaten hiervan zouden binnen enkele dagen beschikbaar zijn. Inmiddels ben ik 14 dagen verder en er gebeurt helemaal niets. Je wordt aan het lijntje gehouden en moet braaf afwachten wanneer de betreffende afdeling contact op zou gaan nemen. Geen enkele pro actieve houding van de klantenservice!
Inmiddels heb ik de koopovereenkomst ontbonden met het verzoek om binnen 2 weken het bedrag terug te betalen. Als ik verschillende andere reviews lees, hoop ik dat ze dat wel proactief doen. Heb er helaas niet zoveel vertrouwen in.

1 star rating given but would have given zero if that was an option. Spent more than £40 on goods they apparently had available only to receive a message several days later saying they were not actually in stock! No offer of a refund so, as goods were needed quickly, I cancelled. I have received no further communication and still await my refund. Looking at other reviews I fear it may not come. Company is not UK based and communication is almost impossible. Seems like a scam.
