I worked with Kate. I was skeptical of using this third party for flight reservations since it’s so much money. I was so excited I found a round trip to Seattle for 2 for under $500 on Fare Scraper…but then they called and said that price wasn’t available and it would be about $800. It’s still cheaper than going through Southwest, but I’m disappointed it wasn’t the price they had advertised when I gave them my card information. They were kind and good at communicating with emails for confirmation.

I haven't used a 3rd party to book a flight before, but was willing to try it since the prices were so high directly through Southwest, during spring break. The price I selected was about $650 for 2 tickets, but didn't hear anything back until the next day in the afternoon, and Ethan said that price isn't available any more, but would now be about double, $1,297 for 2 tickets, but that was the best price they could get me and I still needed the tickets and this price was less than going through Southwest directly, so I had to buy them. I wished it could have been closer to the price I chose, but flight times were descent and so I took it. Ethan explained why and helped me select flights that would work for my trip. He was pleasant to work with and followed up with me that made me more comfortable with using a 3rd party to book it. Thanks to Ethan he made it a little easier. It would have been a 5 star review if the price I chose was the price I would have received but gave it a 4 star due to Ethan's help and communication and pleasant customer service skills.

I ordered two tickets from Chicago to Miami for $791. A day later I received an email from Tripbookfly that I need to contact with them. I reached the office and they said I need to pay right now $900 because they can’t get tickets for $791. Don’t make a deal with this company. This is a scam!!!!

Ethan Jones was extremely helpful and patient during my booking. I had never booked flights with an operator and Ethan made the experience easy. He was thorough with his explanations, was easy to understand and showed infinite patience booking a flight for 6 people and answering my many questions. This was my first time going on Tripflybook,com I was trying to find me a flight to Go North Carolina at the End of Next month But then when I came across this website I have to say This was a life saver shot out to Ethan He took care of me every step of way Job well done

Went to order a flight from Orlando Florida (MCO) to Aruba (AUA). The only airline that flys non-stop is Southwest Air. Price at Southwest.com for two, round trip was $992. Then I saw the listing from TripBookFly for $770. On the Southwest site, the onlly way to get that price was to open a southwest ctredit card.

I made the reservation with TripBookFly and they sent an email to indicate they would let me know when the reservation was confirmed by Southwest. (this was odd in a day when confimrations take seconds, not minutes)

The next morning (18 hours later) I received an email indicating there was an issue and to contac t them. I called, the call went through quickly. The representative looked into my issue and confirmed they could not make my reservation and the price had changed to over $1,200. Obviously, I immediately cancelled my request.

I then went to Southwest.com and tried to make my reservation and now, yes, the price was higher. By trying to save at TripBookFly, I not only do not have a reservation but nw it will cost me more for the same flight.

I will say communication was clear and concise but I do not beleive TripBookFly can offer you anything you could not find on your own. I am rating two stars for quality of communication but, unless you receive a confirmation within minutes, you are wasting your time. I will not be using them again.

Ethan was absolutely amazing. I had been researching fares for a few weeks on my ow, so when I saw the low price, I jumped. The lowest price was unavailable but the next level up was just 200 more a person. I scored an airfare for two that was less then the cost on my own would have been for 1 person. He was courteous, spoke clearly, understood my needs and got me a great deal.

Ethan was very nice and helpful and patient and answered all my questions. I’ve never bought tickets from any other site but the airlines.
