Zero accountability; Horrible customer service

During the Indigo outage my flight from Bangalore to Mumbai got cancelled. I had booked a return ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai to back again.

They refused to refund the amount for the Mumbai to Bangalore journey. Also told me that they will charge ₹400 convenience fee for the ticket they have cancelled.

Also seem to have blocked me from reaching their customer support number.

worst service ever

i was unable to change my seat once allotted automatically since it was group booking by tripify. never using services again.

I was supposed to get my tax back from airlines for cancellation. Air india confirmed the same but tripify didn’t give it

When i was trying to get my boarding…

When i was trying to get my boarding pass and the details like mail id and phone no were of tripify. And i got a duplicate invoice instead of the real one. I received it 30 min later that too with tripyfy credentials. Really messed up.

Not at all trustworthy

Not at all trustworthy. My experience with this platform was extremely disappointing. I selected a specific flight time, but the system booked a completely different timing without my consent. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

Despite choosing the correct option, the final booking showed another time, which caused a lot of confusion and stress. If a website can’t even confirm the correct flight details, how can anyone trust it?

Customer support is also poor, and there is no proper resolution process.
I would not recommend using this platform at all. It’s better to book directly through the airline or well-known platforms to avoid such issues.

I booked a flight

I booked a flight !
They cancel it saying flight is full one day prior to my journey n
And urgently i have to go for a meeting
Again they booked taking extra money of rs 2000
Layover of 4 hrs

Such a bad experience
I have to pay cuz of my urgency
