Correction of One alphabet missing in surname.

My Srurname was missing only one alphabet in it. I mailed request for correction and when called in next day morning i was informed tha the group booking helpdesk does not work on Sunday, and advised to reach airport 3 hours before for this correction by airline only. This caused so much panic and got to change my other place visit and long wait at airport due to arriving early. Why cant this be supported online / directly by Tripify.

I had a very terrible experience with…

I had a very terrible experience with this travel company. They cancelled my ticket without any prior notice and have still not refunded my money, even after repeated follow‑ups. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers. I will not book with this company again and strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting them with their travel plans.

I booked flight tickets at 3000 and within 1 hours I informed the team by mistake a spelling mistake happened and for that tripify charged 2200 rupess only for spelling correction.

Thankyou Tripify. You have employed good executives. We had a flight to Bangalore on 5th Dec 2025. As we all know, There was so much of chaos in flights due to an airline. However, due to good ticket pricing and helpful executives, we had very good experience booking tickets with you. Thankyou again.

The spice jet fare for mumbai to Delhi…

The spice jet fare for mumbai to Delhi was shown 10312 on 7th December, 2025 but the PNR did not get generated. Later the customer care executive called and confirmed me that the same fare is 49000 now so your ticket could not be generated. Why did you list the price 10312?
