If i had option to give zero stat i…

If i had option to give zero star i have given that...i paid for ticket..but the ticket which i received i dont think is valid.. because when i check in main airline website..not getting any info on given pnr number...i don't even know i got scamed or what

Worst weebsite

Worst weebsite. It doesnt generate PNR immediately. Also seat booking can ne one 12 hrs before departure only

THEY CHARGE CONVIENCE FEE FOR CANCELLED FLIGHT

I just booked my first flight through tripify and I got cancelled from the airline side, Still these guys CHARGED 400RS CONVIENCE FEE.
They gave an alternate stating if you don't want any deduction keep the money in your account and use it for future booking, as i don't have any travel planned I was charged the convience fee and rest of the amount is being processed.

I had booked a Premium Economy ticket…

I had booked a Premium Economy ticket with Air India and I even paid extra for it. But a few days later I got a call saying my ticket had been booked in Economy instead. I asked for a refund but they didn’t give it. They forcibly gave me an Economy ticket only. It’s not about Economy vs Premium Economy. The point is, I paid extra for a service and I should get that service, right? Anyway, I won’t recommend anyone to buy tickets from them.

This is a very poor service

This is a very poor service. If you call them the first time, they'll send you your PNR number. Call the center the second time, and they'll send you your ticket number. After you call them 10 times, they'll send you your PNR number and ticket number. This is terrible service!

Music on waiting line

I got previosly very good customer service. I called the customer care line and once i need to wait ' the music is just trippy and so fun' anyway i think you should have the boring "your call is still on line" voice every 1minute aince in some point (15minutes) after of waiting i started to belive its my own musc and not a waiting line.
But yes' thank you once again for some interesting tunes in the call!!!!

They don’t confirm the ticket right…

They don’t confirm the ticket right away, you’ll have to wait and just hope that it is booked. Mine was booked but it took a lot of time and patience.
