I received my table which was damaged - the delivery company left the table and TRL arranged for a replacement.

When this was delivered, there was no hole for the pop-up power socket so they had to take the replacement back.

A week later the table top had a hole in it but it wasn't big enough for the pop-up socket so they then took the power socket away and arranged for a replacement.

The logistics company were brilliant but a little embarrassed at the catalogue of errors.

All in all it took 4 attempts to get it right.

The table is lovely but attention to detail when the replacement for the damaged item was ordered was definitely lacking.

Do not trust this company they will lie and lie
CEO promised to sort this out via email but he is obviously incapable also
trying to get a refund off them will be just as challenging i expect!!

We ordered a solid oak breakfast bar online, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. Delivery was quick, and the team who delivered it assembled it for us. They were efficient, professional, and very friendly.
The breakfast bar is excellent quality and looks fantastic. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and will definitely return to this company when we're looking for more furniture in the future.

I placed my order in December 2025, and I’m still waiting in May 2026 for any sort of confirmation of when my delivery will be made. Their Customer Service team keep telling me that the order has been shipped it’s not available, et cetera. Absolutely shocking Service and this Company is not to be trusted.

Avoid this "company" like the plague. First table delivered wasn't even what I had ordered. Table was incorrect design. Eventually over a month later they sent a new one. This time the table was correct design but bench hadn't been replaced to match it. The finish of the table was absolutely disgusting. The wood itself is not reclaimed, you can clearly tell it's fresh wood that's been rushed through the timber mill as it's still very soft and marks ridiculously easily. I asked for a solid, hard wearing table that I could properly clean due to having young children. I also asked for it to match the rest of the oak in my house. I was under the impression I was getting reclaimed oak. They told me they didn't stock what I wanted so ordered it in. As their website shows reclaimed pine not oak I was under the impression I was getting oak as they informed me it was a special order. This is the complete opposite. Spoke to ACAS and Trading Standards. The table is not fit for purpose nor what I ordered and yet they are refusing to refund me or even reply to my emails despite this being the advice given from ACAS as I am more than entitled to one. The table can not be wiped down, the colour has faded in areas lots, there is even some kind of white filler they put in the table. My order should of had a hardened lacquer added on top of the oil, this had not been done. I was told to clean it with normal anti bacterial spray that didn't have bleach in. This is what I have done yet they are now trying to blame me for the fact the oil is coming off. Which should not happen at all considering a hardened lacquer was supposed to be added. The man who owns the place is very friendly and nice when he's taking your money but as soon as there is an issue or you ask for a refund for a faulty product he is very unapproachable and unprofessional.

I ordered a full coffee table, TV stand and side table set at the start of November and it was delivered a month later not looking like the advertised pictures...in fact there was a significant difference!

There was an initial dispute on this, but it was hard for them to argue when the very following day, from my phone call, the pictures were updated to reflect the product which had been delivered to me and not what was initially advertised. They did replace it after some back and forth but one of the members was not very professional on the phone and became somewhat aggressive. I also had to be proactive when chasing despite the reassurances on one team member who said they would contact me and didn't on several occasions.

The replacement product was notably better and more inline with the initially advertised picture. It's a shame as the tables are of a high quality, but my impression has been tainted by the below-par customer service I experienced and the lack of consideration I was given at points and the time it took for everything to be rectified.

Visited the workshop initially to have a look around and decide what finish we wanted for the table we were interested in buying. We were very impressed with the company, small family run business. We ordered a table on the day and this was made to our specifications and delivered approximately six weeks later. We are very happy with the quality and design.

Great service and product. Excellent delivery and construction from HMF logistics. A very positive experience

The craftsmanship of my new desk is stunning, however it arrived with a leg missing. I had to contact TRL myself to enquire what happened and when I was going to receive the missing leg in order to use my desk for work. Had to wait a week for HMF Logistics (who were very helpful and friendly) to come back and fix the missing part. I did get offered to receive the leg via DPD in 48 hrs, but I would have to attached the leg myself. Only got a 'sorry about that' after I contacted them. The customer service from TRL after the original delivery was pratically non-existent. I only received one further email from HMF Logistics informing me of the 2nd delivery of the missing leg. Situation caused unnecessary stress and organisation to fill my work commitments.

We went over to TRL’s workshop to discuss what our options were, taking some samples with us. Ben was brilliant, guiding us through the options and making suggestions. We ordered two custom made table and we are delighted with them.

Delivery was by their own guys and was both punctual and efficient.

Great communication and excellent quality breakfast bar. You can see and feel the quality and it’s definitely built to last. Would definitely recommend and use again.
