I haven't received my order yet so can't comment on furniture. However the time frame for delivery has been bad. I was initially given a 3 - 4 week delivery expectation which I thought was a long time for a couple of smallish items but just received delivery confirmation for a further 2 weeks. If I knew it was going to take this long I wouldn't have bothered . Customer service has been good and she listened to my frustrations but still no furniture!

Hi, I’ve just taken a delivery of my new dining table which is just fabulous.
The two guys who delivered and erected it were very polite and friendly. They made a very good job and left the carpet spotless.
I would definitely recommend TRL and their delivery company HMF.

The website was easy to use and everything was clear and understandable. The team was very helpful and they even rescheduled my delivery without complaint!
The table is of great quality, exact dimensions, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into it.
It is also very heavy, so props to the delivery drivers who carried it in and installed it for me. They were courteous, efficient and also very kind and friendly.

You made the error, you sent the wrong product - and then charged us to rectify your mistake! Not good....

Beautiful quality & brilliant service.

I love my bar/breakfast table. The design is simple, the wood is great quality and it improved the look of my living room

The furniture is absolutely beautiful and very well made. Everyone who has visited has commented on how stunning our breakfast bar table and stools look in the kitchen! Customer service has been excellent - we had a slight blip with the wrong size stools and TRL sorted it immediately without the slightest hesitation and took full responsibility. So refreshing in a world where often people pass the buck! We have every respect for this company. Would highly recommend them.

We ordered a large quantity of outdoor and indoor furniture for a residential development in Leicester. The products were great and so was the after care. Really nice to Deal with and good quality workmanship

Before ordering i spoke to someone about some measurements, nothing was too much trouble. So ordered away. Got a date and a 4 hour time slot for delivery, 10 days after ordering and 7 days before delivery. I explained i was in work, but can leave for the delivery and they offered to call when they were half an hour away, which was a relief. They arrived when they said and were polite and professional, they brought the wood in and legs a blanket and tools and lay the wood on the blanket while they put the legs on in my kitchen. They didn't take long at all. So happy with the purchace, just as I imagined it would look, even better, extremely sturdy, the piece of wood is super thick and the smell of the wood is amazing. I would highly recommend TRL, so worth it, thank you

Excellent piece of wooden furniture. Just what we ordered and wanted

Ordered a dark oak coffee table in August and it arrived in what can only be described as mid oak. They tried to fob me off with insisting it was dark oak, however, I wasn't having any of it (unfortunately, I can't upload pics).

The second table arrived a few weeks later and it was exactly the same colour, that was consequently rejected.

Third one arrived and it was the correct colour. Issue this time was it had been put on the van when the stain was still wet so when the guys unwrapped it out the sheets it was covered in threads and fluff, which rendered it beyond repair.

Spoke to the owner, some useless muppet called Tim, who waffled some drivel about it being the type of wood. Agreed a refund upon them uplifting the table on the 27th November, As of today, I've not received a penny and they won't return any calls or emails, which has left me £320.00 out of pocket.

Money now being pursued through the small claims court.

Reply to TRL 06.01 - A response so fictitious Hans Christian Andersen himself couldn't have come up with such a fairy tale.

Lie no.1 - The first two tables weren't dark oak. Your delivery drivers also agreed that.
Lie no.2 - I DID NOT ask you at any point to colour match it with my floor. My floor is dark oak and the first two deliveries were miles off even being close to that, which is what I told the drivers.
Lie no.3 - At no point did I threaten you. I called you a clown, which you are.
Lie no.4 - TRL HAVE NOT advised me to speak to Klarna to pursue my money. The burden is upon the retailer, TRL, to initiate the refund.

It's easy to see why your staff think you're a weapons grade moron and I only wish I lived closer to Nottingham.

Great customer service and updates on my table. It is great quality and I love it and it’s set up ready for Christmas. The delivery was great and assembled in the kitchen where it was going

Lovely breakfast bar and great quality. Very pleased. I would have liked to have been left some additional material for the feet for stability. Had to buy some more. But great, thank you!
