Fiz uma encomenda no início de Maio em nome da empresa onde trabalho e, até hoje, nunca recebi qualquer fatura, email de confirmação ou aviso de expedição. Apesar de o produto ter chegado, veio sem qualquer documentação.

Entrei em contacto com a Tropilex no próprio dia da compra, voltei a insistir várias vezes depois disso para me enviarem a fatura, e nunca obtive qualquer resposta. A nossa contabilidade continua a aguardar a fatura, e o silêncio da parte da marca é completamente inaceitável.

Trata-se de uma situação grave, especialmente num contexto empresarial, mas que pode ser problemática para consumidores particulares, que precisem de algum tipo de apoio pós-venda, até porque a qualidade deixa a desejar... O serviço ao cliente é absolutamente inexistente. Não recomendo.

I went to a retreat weekend and loved the hammocks, so I wrote down the brand. I ordered one on the next Monday when I got home. While thinking about a way of hanging it in my garden, I got a 20 euro off offer on a travel hammock, hanging system included. So now I have a 'normal' one and a travel one. Love them both! And the hanging system for trees is super easy and nature-friendly.

Achtung, der Eindruck täuscht. Die Produkte werden nicht aus der Schweiz geliefert, sondern aus Holland. Die Lieferzeit beträgt mehr als zwei Wochen.
Die Schrauben sind lose im grossen Karton, ohne Verpackung. Daher gingen viele verloren und wir mussten sie nachkaufen.
Produkte ok, Lieferung & Versand nicht zu empfehlen!

I previously wrote a review and only gave them one star as my parcel was damaged and pieces missing, they did respond quickly and sent out rather parts but still something was missing so once again they did respond quickly and sent out the missing parts.
The actual hammock is lovely and very well made. The stand again is very well made and sturdy. So I would buy from them again but dropped a couple of stars for not receiving what was missing and having to wait until I could use it.

Riipputuoli on todella laadukkaan oloinen ja siinä on mukava olla. Toimitus oli nopea, joskin viestit paketin saapumisesta olivat hiukan sekavia, mutta kaikki selvisi kyllä lopulta, kun luki viestit huolella läpi. Sähköpostitiedusteluunkin vastattiin nopeasti.

Tuote oli juuri sellainen kuin pitikin.

Le hamac correspond à ma commande et satisfait mes attentes

Verpackung und Lieferung war sehr gut. Die Hängematte könnte ein wenig größer sein.

I bought a stand alone hammock from them and when it arrived the box was damaged and there were a lot of missing parts to be able to put it together. I tried phoning several times but you are unable to get through to them so I don’t understand why they use that number as a way to contact them. I sent an email and they were very good and said they would send out the missing parts immediately, I waited another week and received the parcel yesterday. Today I go to erect the hammock and they still haven’t sent all the missing parts. I had sent clear photos of what I’d received so they could clearly see what was missing, surely this is a basic task. I am very disappointed and annoyed. At the moment I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. I am as yet unable to comment on the finished product, I hope when I can eventually put it together that I can then make it a more positive review.

Arrivata in ritardo...ma arrivata!

Ordered a very expensive Hammock. Arrived without the necessary parts to build the wooden hammock frame, so it’s completely useless. These things can happen, however does customer services actually exist? Zero answer of the tens of phone calls to the telephone line. No response to emails sent. I have an over £400 partially supplied hammock sat in the hallway with no means for a return, refund or get the missing parts. Buy from a reputable UK company instead when you won’t be left with a very expensive mistake.

Ordered 4 Largo bean bags, only 1 box arrived in terrible condition and when I opened the box it was just the inside of a bean bag. I've sent 3 emails, no reply, and every time I call it hangs up after 30 seconds. I just want someone to help me fix this order.

Bought 2 family size hammocks 3 years ago. I always put them away inside the house at the end of the day, & we have a "shoes off" rule, and they are both still like new! I'm writing this whilst happily swinging in one now, and felt compelled to give this company credit for a lovely product - had a barbecue yesterday for friends, and many people commented about how restful they were. Thanks Tropilex!😀 👍

The company is not reachable by phone.
First an annoying hold music and then they hang up.
I bought a hammock, but after a week I still haven't received it. Then it is annoying if you can't communicate with Troplilex about it.

Als erstes: wenn es eine deutsche Webseite ist, denke ich, es wird innerhalb Deutschlands geliefert.

Pustekuchen.

Dahinter versteckt sich ein Unternehmen, das etliche Webseiten betreibt und seinen Sitz in den Niederlanden hat.

Versendet wird mit GLS. GLS Niederlande hat eine gute Bewertung. GLS Deutschland aus guten Gründen nicht.

Die Lieferung wurde angeblich an eine Paket-Station verbracht und abgeholt. Nur leider war das Fach leer.

Der Kundenservice ist bodenlos. Lässt mich als Kundin Formulare ausfüllen für eine Nachverfolgung, wo doch die Firma der Auftraggeber für das Versenden ist. wtf!?!
Da GLS behauptet, dass Paket sei im Fach gewesen, gilt nun also einfach: das Paket ist bei mir. Ja, klar. So einem Ärger setze ich mich für 60€ aus!?
Geht's noch!?!

Der letzte Saftladen mit dem hinterletzten Kundenservice. Mich sehen die nicht mehr als Kundin und ich werde überall von meiner Erfahrung berichten, wo es nur geht.

edit 16.05.: nach meiner Bewertung nun die"nette" Nachricht, dass nochmal geprüft werde und ich solle mich gedulden. Da bin ich mal gespannt.
