Part arrived today.
Part is NOT OEM, and not new its was sold as NEW item!
Attached picture of the original one at the top and replacement at the bottom.
Missing the part number 9L2P-7G391-AA
Same part as you sold as "new original" i can buy for 1/4 of the price i paid you.
Please advise ASAP.

Unaccountable business! No communication!
They messed up shipping on a hard to find part, it will end up being almost 2 weeks late by the time I get the part which will make almost 3 weeks of down time for the customer. I paid for UPS and they sent it USPS. If I wouldn’t have called and asked for answers they wouldn’t have even refunded the shipping fee. Then they acted like it was not a big deal that I haven’t gotten the part and they just said they would refund me if the part got shipped back. Why would I order the part from an unknown source if I didn’t need it. I will never use this company again. Surprised they are even still in business if this is their normal operating procedures.

We installed to pump and the truck…
We installed to pump and the truck would not start. removed the pump, Removed the drive gear and found the small driveshaft from the pump gear to the pump was broken. we think the housing been shaved and caused it to bottomed out the gear which caused the shaft to break. We used the old gear and housing. the old drive shaft. replaced the orings. the truck started fine and is running fine.

Parts ordered are not as promised
Parts ordered are not as promised, i ordered 6 oem cummins in jectors one is a remanufactured injector. Received 6th injector that has no trim code so can not be used or programed. Paid for 2nd day air and it took 4 days to get the first batch. Do, not do any kind of business with these people

They knew the what part I needed and…
They knew the what part I needed and confirmed that is was in stock . They also walked me through the website and stayed on the phone. They sent a tracking number and we followed the part to our building
