I had acidentally requested ongoign subscription (not intended to do so). I wrote to the trueplay to cancel. They not only promtly cancelled but agreed to Refund as well Thanks Kevin

I had a transaction go off on my acc


I had a transaction go off on my acc that was not called for and u would never recommend these ppl they take ur money lik they want to and when u ask for a refund then they not even try to help u dont evev give ur bank to these ppl.

Great service!

Dealing with Trueplay digital is a great experience. They provide an excellent service and address any issues promptly. I would also like to thank Kurt for his great service and communication.

Scam unauthorised subscription service you can't cancel.

Scammers who sign you up to a subscription service you didn't ask for. I thought I was signing up for a warranty on a product via a QR code and was told I'd taken out a subscription, which I cancelled straight away but they then emailed a couple of days later to say the subscription had been renewed! There seems to be no way to cancel the subscription on their website, despite there being an option for it - it doesn't work!
