Truevana is an extremely effective resource that every military member should utilize.

I used Truevana about 2 weeks after my arrival at JBLM. Within a few days of speaking with Mandy about what I am looking for, they provided me with a short term rental unit that included utilities, internet, and was fully furnished. I met with Andrew who should me around and the next day I was already filling out the paperwork to lease the unit. I was able to have all the paperwork signed and submitted through my phone at the airport within 15 min. It was the most streamlined and simple rental agreement process I've ever done. In addition, the rental payment process was through zelle so that process was extremely fast and easy.

Not only did Truevana help me find a temporary home but a permanent one as well.
They connected me with a great realtor, and a mortgage broker.
I was able to utilize almost every service Truevana offered and I was extremely satisfied with how easy they made finding a home. It took 6 weeks for my wife and I to find a home and officially move in and Truevana was the company that made that possible. I would recommend this company to any military member with or without dependents to help them ease the process of moving.

Andrew was super easy to work with and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions we had about PCSing. We were in a kind of fast paced situation and was able to get us information we needed especially being new to military life. I was starting to feel overwhelmed and truevana made it easier.
