Terrible experience! I ordered and it was taking forever and they were emailing me back really nice.. Then it still didn’t come so I emailed again and they sent me a tracking number that shows they never shipped it! They won’t refund me, and are now not replying. Total scammers!!!

Bad experience - unfortunately. I‘m still waiting for my pants that they wanted to exchange. At the beginning they were so friendly and answering all my mails. Now I even don’t get an answer. I’m contacting them every day, but no answer. Very very disappointing.

Came with out instructions..
Was not aware that the "gel packs" touch the skin.
No way to figure out the different modes..
Very disappointing and waste of money.

I am accountant and I am sitting down for long hours. The product is excellent to keep the muscle working while focusing on my job.

I think the concept is really good so far I've used it several times a week and it does feel as if I've done alot of squats cause I can feel my
Gluteus being sore but with out damaging my knee hoping to see improvement as. I continue my use the shorts are quite comfortable

Ordered on August 12th ... after a few inquiry emails about the status of my order, shorts finally arrived on September 28th ... material is very good quality ... I wear a size 10 and ordered a 'Large' - they fit perfectly ... (I AM curious about how they can be washed since the wiring is sewn directly into the shorts and I haven't seen any reviews mentioning this issue) ... the left side of the shorts had Velcro with a protective clothe shield ... the right side of the shorts did not have a shield and could not stick together properly - thus rendering the shorts useless since the velcro has to be able to stick together to keep the gel pads on your skin ... also, no instruction manual was included so a new user will have no idea which side to stick the gel pads on or what level of intensity to use since the controller does not show that information ... it's a complete guessing game if you don't have a manual ... I got the impression that I may have received a used product (perhaps one that was returned to the company and then re-shipped to me) ... I sent two emails and finally received a reply offering to send me a replacement and reassuring me that there was no way that I could have possibly received a 'used or returned' product since they are currently "NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS BECAUSE THEIR RETURN CENTER IS CLOSED" ... I'm fine with receiving a replacement pair of shorts since I've used EMS technology in the past and got good results so I'd really like to give the shorts a try (and will post an update after I've tried them) and they really do look like a quality product but so much for that '90-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked' huh?

I never received what I paid for. I paid for 2 pairs and only received 1. They said they will send out another one ASAP and it's been more than 2 months now. Still nothing!! Enough with my patience and I want money back for the portion I have not received and also I tried writing this genuine review on their official website and it's impossible to find it so I went on the instagram and figured out that I am not the only one who havent received the order and complaing. You should take care of my order ASAP. I've already send out emails to not only to your customer service but also to your CEO. The CEO's greeting email seemed very caring for the customer saying that they reply within 30 mins or so but no reply to mine, yet!!!

Never received my order to which I paid.. the company is fraudulent. Reporting them to the BBB

Very Poor customer service. I’ve been asking several times to return and no response. This doesn’t work at all. Save your money and time

Received my shorts (took awhile) but we’ll worth the wait.., I paid a lot more for same thing at Medspa - exact same thing with Gymtech Pro shorts- LOVE THEM and their customer service is PRIMO!

At first I was skeptical no lie.... How can booty pants make you get a booty?? Well its not that it gives you a booty like surgery lol, but it does get to muscles groups you may not get to when you are working out your glutes. It literally like wakes up all the small hidden muscles and works on those so that your bum is perfectly round and even looking. Its a great tool for working on when you can't get into the gym consistently. I am 5 days a week in the gym and I still use this. Love it. My girl got one and her mom lol. They saw my results and was like wow. lol. it works just be consistent. :)

The customer service was excellent! Any questions were answered quickly and professionally.

I gave it one start because I couldn’t give it zero. Product sucks. Service sucks. Company lies and cheats. Save your money

The shorts did not work I asked for a refund and return label and no one has sent it. Instead you asked for me to purchase the more expensive ones.

I am truly not happy with the customer service or lack thereof.

It is strange and not sure if it's doing anything.it kinda hurts and pinches

I dont think that my shorts work. I've bought a similar product before and have had better results with the muscle stimulation. I can't even feel the shocks to my muscles with these shorts (no matter what setting) and am very disappointed. I liked that I was able to wear these shorts and that it came with a charger. My other products were battery operated and used adhesives. However they functioned much better than these shorts.

My buns burn the next day! Definitely works but I haven’t had that long so will keep using… I feel it’s working though.

I had a few questions before I bought mine. So I emailed customer service. It was a very pleasant experience. This is the first time I actually think customer service is as good as the product. lol
