I love the product, but delivery just took too long as they always sell out very quickly.

Pretty simple and easy to use. Only uad them 4 days but feel like they are working well. The weird part is that the workout mode is less intense than the warm uo phase. Not sure why. Lol

It wasn't very convincing at first but I was desperate. Now I'm really glad I bought it. I've been using it for 6 weeks and my butt looks great!

So… unlike most people, I didn’t have any problem with the delivery. My first order was delivered after 10 days but it turned out they sent me an item I didn’t order (the new version of the short), and unfortunately it didn’t work. They asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted a new short. I gave them another chance so I asked another short. They sent me again the new version that I received after 2 weeks, and once again, same problem, it didn’t work…
This time, I asked for a refund. I was extremely upset.
The customer service told me they were going to take care of this immediately (they always reply pretty fast). The next morning I saw I had a new tracking number because the short was on its way!! I was pissed they did that behind my back, and without my agreement! I emailed them and they proceeded immediately to the refund.
Overall I feel pretty lucky because I have read some reviews of people who got ripped off and never got their money back.
It wasn’t a good experience, I recommend everyone to be very careful, your short may be working the first weeks, it doesn’t mean they’ll be working on a long term basis.

They stopped answering emails when I kept asking for a tracking number. I sent email after email and no response! Now out of the blue, I get the shorts and it's too big, has no gel pads and no instructions. I'd like to know if anyone has a phone number for this company. This company sucks! They are only good at answering Emails when you place your order. But once they have your money, they don't give a $hit. How am I supposed to request an exchange/ refund when I can't even get a hold of them! HELP!

Please can you let me know who the programme works.

After being promised tracking within 72 hours, weeks later my item hasn’t even been shipped yet. I have asked several times for tracking and they keep running me around in circles. SCAM.

Auf der Website schreiben sie, dass sie das Geld zurückerstatten, wenn man die Hose innert 90 Tage zurücksendet. Nun habe ich das getan und seit Monaten keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Sie reagieren nicht auf Mails etc. Ich habe weder die Hose noch mein Geld zurück!!!!!

They are not returning my emails and the product as not arrived. Please do NOT order from this company. I shall update once I have received a reply.

Brilliant, initially wrote a bad review as they stopped working after a few uses, but the company have sent a full replacement which I'm very happy with.

Do not buy from this company unless you want to be misled, conned and left unable to get your money back.
This company claims to have a 90 day return policy. However, they do not honour this, they instead keep offering you try alternative products instead of allowing you to return. So of course, if you accept this and are still not happy with the alternative product (which they also take an especially long time to send out), they have successfully prevented you from being able to use the 90 day return policy as this time has then past (I know what you're thinking - horribly manipulative and dishonest).

In my case, it is even worse. My product is faulty. The programmes do not run properly and stop suddenly prematurely, and the pads shock my skin instead of contracting the muscle! (despite following their advice to use a moisturiser beforehand).
When I notified them of this fault, they convinced me to try again with a replacement. Once I finally receive this replacement (which I had to chase up multiple times as this took weeks), it is a different product (an older version of the shorts which I made clear I didn't want and can't use, and along with this, I was only sent the shorts and not the remote that you need in order for them to work).
By this point, with a faulty product and another incomplete and unsuitable product, I just want my refund as I requested in the first place.
If you're familiar with the consumer rights act, you'll know that you're entitled to a refund for faulty goods if they have a manufacturer fault. This trumps a company's return policy - whether it is 14 days or 90. A company must provide you with working, satisfactory goods in line with what you paid for, or you're entitled to your money back.

Gymtech are now gaslighting me and refusing to process this refund, claiming 'I had 90 days to see if the product worked for me' completely ignoring that I reported the fault before and first asked for a refund then, and ignoring my rights as a consumer under the consumer rights act.

Gymtech, you have not heard the last of me, I will be taking this higher.

I think the product is quite good the only problem is that it’s only lasted for one month. They told me I need to buy new gel pads, I thought it would last more!

Habe weder Bestätigungs Email noch die Hose je bekommen! Aber trotzdem 100€ bezahlt

For now everything is perfect. I got my pants delivered in 3 days, even when the website said 6 to 9 days. The customer service is really nice and contacted me to sent me the tracking number, a Email address in case i had any question and the online manual user ( i got the fisical one as well).
The pats are really easy to use and i cant wait to see if it works!

Absolutely great service ..very efficient with communication levels and a great product.
I highly recommend the shorts

I tried Gymtech for a few weeks. I noticed that the velcro did not stick well even with removing the black mesh protectant layer. When trying to return the item and get a refund they spent days emailing me about trying a different product or having them send out a new pair when all I wanted to do was return the item and get my money back. Their website explains that there is a 90-day refund no questions asked policy but they made it difficult to return the item and had to send my "Request to management" to get permission to return my item. It is nice that they offered me other options but after 2 days of telling them no to their offers and only wanting to return the item, I have become frustrated and disappointed with their service.

I like the shorts but 2 weeks in and 4 wears 2 gel pads have come away and no spares supplied. Cannot reach anyone to sort and online stocks sold out. Not able to use
So pretty disappointed overall

Received wrong size. Didn't receive the gel pads. Didn't receive instructions. Didn't get the right shorts. Extremly disappointed with the purchase.
