Just received my Gym Shorts. They fit me perfect too. Did a 30 minute session last night and this morning I have to say my butt aches nicely.
I am still a bit confused as to how I know what mode strength I am on. But I just press again if I want it stronger.
I will keep you posted as how my butt looks in a month

I recommend gymtech short, its easy to use, confortable and efficace. I used for two weeks and the results are clear, i keep continuing until to see full results. Thanks to gymtech team to be always available to help and answer.

The gym shorts certainly have great potential to work, however there is insufficient Velcro on the wrap over pads to keep them in place especially if you choose to exercise whilst wearing them.

Not satisfied
I have been using the product for nearly three months, but not any results were achieved unfortunately :( . I bought the shorts for anti cellulite reasons, but I can not see any difference. I’m very strict with my diet , exercise and following the instruction for usage of the shorts. Will continue to use them, but I’m not happy at all.

First of all the customer service is excellent. I ordered the ems shorts and have had their support staff check in to make sure everything was alright with my order. The support staff are very friendly and helpful and you get to talk to an actual human. Also the delivery was really fast. I did contact them about the gel pads a couple of months later as I wasn’t aware these needed to be changed and they were very informative.

The service is really detail oriented and professional. A very quick message was sent to me due to a little delayed delivery. Everyone is serviceminded and sweet.

Ordered on the 12th September and arrived today, products looks great charged the control tried shorts on to realise the patches don’t stick closed.

After reading the last two reviews I felt obliged to write one as I don't normally write them but wanted to share my experience so far. I live in Ireland and ordered my shorts on Thursday 29th October. I received them this morning, Friday 6th November so happy with the delivery time. I received emails from Gymtech throughout the process thanking me for my ordering, introducing me to my personal assistant and letting me know when the order would be delivered. I have not yet used the shorts so have limited my review to 4 stars for now but will update when I have further details to share.

I am currently a UK size 14 (blame COVID) so bought the shorts in Large. They fit perfectly. I have used them a couple of times now so have some more feedback.
Firstly the controller - Simple to use though could do with a display. Having said that, this would probably compromise the battery life which is supposedly up to six weeks depending on usage.
There are three programs - 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes, basically beginners, intermediate and advanced.
Each program has 20 intensity levels. The manual recommends using the lower intensity levels until you are used to the shorts. There is quite a difference between the levels so use caution when increasing the intensity.
I had been using a different brand of shorts which had gotten a little too small for me (they only go up to a UK size 12) so decided to try these out in the interim. I have started on the 20 minute program. Each program has a warm-up phase, workout phase and cool-down phase. The 20 minute and 30 minute programs each have an active rest phase also. There are different modes during the workouts. The activation and burst modes are just as you would expect, constant stimulation throughout the activation mode with 10 second intense and rest phases in the burst mode. The rhythm mode was a whole new experience though. I recommend caution for this. It is a very strong, rapid pulse. I had the intensity level at 12 when the shorts initially went into this mode and I was lifted out of it. I had to reduce the intensity level to 10 and even then it was still quite uncomfortable and my legs feel shaky during this phase. I can only assume this is an indication of it working.
***update***
The issue here was that the lower pads were not sticking properly to my legs. I had to sit or stand against the bed to fix this.
That's all I have for now. Staying at the 4* mark due to the controller limitations. As I said, wouldn't mind a display so I can see time remaining, the program and intensity level I am on. Also could do with a greater number of intensity levels so there is not such a gap between them.
Next update (hopefully good) will come in a few weeks when I (again hopefully) start seeing results.

After using the product for six weeks I noticed a little lift in my bottom but that was about it. I was using it most days at full power on the 30 minute session. I started the 30 minute sessions after week 2. So reducing my rating to 3 stars.

I just want to warn people who fall for this companies tricks. If you scroll down the reviews you'll notice a lady who had posted saying all the people who had left reviews prior to her comment appeared to be of the same nationality- given away by their names. I thought - what an odd comment because the 5* reviews after her comment were of very diverse names so I scrolled before her comment onto the next page and surely enough every name was of the same nationality, you can tell by their surnames specifically, "ic" or "ovic" indicating Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian etc origin. However, I noticed one more thing - these entire reviews were left by profiles of people who had been created on the day or the day before or even prior to that! AND they had all left only ONE review! If these were real people, surely some of them would have more than 1 review?? So I realised this company saw the very observant lady's review and decided "oh let's leave reviews of different ethnic names now!" It's deceptive, if the product was good, there would be no need for such false advertising. Beware guys, do your research!

You need to avoid this company!!!
They are pathological liars. Literally incapable of communicating without lying to you. Can’t rate the product, because despite them taking my money weeks ago, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!
I can confirm with 100% certainty that positive reviews are fake - and I know this, because they won’t allow me to leave a review on their website. AVOID!!!!!

I highly recommend GYMTECH training shorts.
No more hard workout training in the gym, when you can lose weight at home without any heavy exercises.
You can mostly see results in one week.
I am really satisfied!

I love the product and the costumer service is great. I am super happy with the it and have seen noticeable changes in the Buttock area. Great shorts if you want a great shape

The main magic of these shorts is body shape. It really works to reduce extra fat but it takes a bit of patience to let it work.

Comfortable to wear. I've been using this for 20 days and I already see the results. I think I get more with this with less effort. Definitely a smart purchase!

I always struggled with keeping up a sports routine. I gave up many times due to a lack of motivation. However, thanks to Gymtech, I regained a new kind of motivation and now I can't go to the gym without my Gymtech.
