Ordered a jet nozzle on the 2nd April 2023. It's now 13th April still waiting. Emailed company 3 times but just goes to draft, they took £53.90 out of my account and can't get in touch for refund. Will put this to my solicitor and hope he will get results.

I can't believe I did not check out the reputation of the company and product. Just a scam. The device does not fit my hoses. I must tell future customers about this and warn them from making the same mistake.
The world is full of these snake oil sales people. I will stick with Amazon. M

Absolutely useless. No pressure at all my normal hose works better. Waste of money.

Jet nozzle finally arrived and is totally useless. I will not send it back due to cost of return. I should have looked at reviews before ordering.

I checked here simply to confirm my belief that Jetnozle was most likely to be a scam, as it is simply not possible to create additional pressure behind water from nothing.

I wish I could give no stars. No merchandise received and no credit given . Complete scam !

I ordered my jetnozzle in April 2022 got it tried it ABSOLUTE JUNK!!! sent it back cost me $25.00 to send back have never got my refund they probably recycled and sold my jetnozzle to another SUCKER!!!! DO
N'T BUY THIS PRODUCT THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO CLOSE DOWN TOTAL RIP OFF

I fell for this scam. The jet nozzle is the same power as using a multihose nozzle attachment and choosing the jet option (vs soaker or mist, etc). The company gives you 2 choices regarding a refund. You can send it back, paying for the shipping yourself, or they will give you a 65% refund over the phone, and you keep the product. I chose the latter just because it was more hassle free. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!! I'll donate mine to Goodwill.

This product is useless. I can get the same result by putting my finger over the end of the hose. Nothing like the demonstrated video of it cleaning paths, tiles etc etc. Not worth the money. Even though it was only used once and it was "NOT fit for purpose" they refused any refund or returns as it was just out of the 90 day waranty.

This piece of equipment is absolute rubbish. It leaks like a sieve, the "jet" is no more powerful than the water pressure from your normal garden hose, a complete waste of money and if you do try and return it the postage and package costs will make any return totally non cost effective. I believe the 4/5 star reviews are beyond belief. I only give 1 star because you cannot give less.

Company is a fraud. Glorified attachment to your hose with no additional pressure. The product value is maybe $1.50 at best. When you try to return, you pay more than the product value. DO NOT BUY.

This company is running a SCAM. BEWARE when you check your credit card statement, they charge you extra. When you call them, you will get no where. Please order from a different company.

What a real load of crap. Sorry to use such a phrase. I bought this on impulse for use on my boat at a cost of £32.90. Like most things that come from America it's got to be good. How wrong can one be. You've guessed it's from China sent from America. It's no better than a hose pipe jet from the Pound Shop. Please please don't waste your money.

These people ought to be shamed of themselves. DO Not Buy This! All you're doing is allowing them to make a profit. They're only going to return 65% of your money. Those people writing good reviews must be employed by them and are trying to keep their job. Report them to the Consumer Reporting Agency. They call this Jet Nozzle but when you receive it, it's called Jet Power Washer. You can go to Walmart and get a hose sprayer for about 7 bucks. I paid $47.00 for nothing more than a 10 dollar sprayer. Anyone giving this product a good review is lying and this company is sitting back laughing at how many people they're manipulating. They never even send you a confirmation receipt. It was odd that my receipt came from PayPal, which even made me suspicious of them. When I called to complain a Chinese girl picked up the phone and said we sent you a confirmation receipt, but I have always received that receipt from the vendor, not PayPal. This is a scam and someone is trying to make a profit. They already have it planned out how they're going to refund you. You get only 65% of something you never recieved, then they say keep their piece of junk, which us lighter than a barbie doll. The screw was loosed when I opened the cheap, inexpensive package they put it in. Shame on that man for advertising this product the way he did. This is nothing more than a 7 dollar water attachment, if that. Stop lying people and I am speaking to those advertising this on YouTube and giving this piece of crap a good review. I pray God deals with your heart.

Horrible shopping experience and customer service!
I placed an order for the nozzle, 2 weeks passed by and I still had not received the item. I sent the company a polite email asking them for an update on my order. They told me the product had been delivered to my home and for me to follow up with the local post office, they could not do anything else for me. I spent an 1 1/2 on the phone with USPS tracking the package, and another hour in person at the post office, trying to recover proof of their mistake. USPS informed me it was labeled and delivered to the wrong address. I went the following day to the post office asked for a print out of the package with the wrong address. This time I called customer service, asked for a supervisor and the representative told me their were none available and suddenly that representative decided to call themselves a supervisor. Rude, rude person! I submitted proof of the pacing label with the wrong address, my email was acknowledged and the rep asked me if I wanted another shipment or a refund. At this point I said I wanted a full refund with a confirmation email. I received the refund, but the company with held the $4.00 shipping charge. I told the rep s it was the company’s mistake and that I never received a shipment and wanted that amount refunded to me. I was told shipping is never refunded.
So I did recipe the refund, someone else received my order and I had to pay the shipping for the neighbor who fraudulently accept my order.

Piece of crap. Received mine defective. They are refusing to pay for return shipping and original shipping. Customer service very rude and like talking to a wall. Wish I had checked it out more before I purchased. Price double from Ebay and Walmart. Shame on me.
