tryjetnozzle.com レビュー

This Jetnozzle item is not fit for purpose and I now wish I had used the £29 spent towards an electric pressure washer. It took a long time to arrive and when I connected to my hose, water leaks from where it shouldn't and the pressure is not as advertised, poor engineering, a total waste of time and money. I have now promised myself not to be tempted by cheap gadgets that claim the earth. I will pay proper money to get quality goods. These sort of companies should be sorted out by Trading standards.

They have the worst customer service department I've ever heard of or experienced. Period. I was excited to get this jet nozzel. I ordered it on Marchd10. They got their money March 11th. It's now Arpril 8th and I still don't have it. I've called C.S. twice and my pkg is now (I'm told) sitting somewhere in Iowa WAITING TO BE MAILED BACK!!! To NC. It was mailed to the wrong address first time. I called 2 weeks apart checking on it. And it seems like my pkg. has just been in a waiting hold, to be mailed to me. ANY other CS dept would have sent me a new nozzle once they had confirmation that the first one was coming back. Am I right???? I'm so frustrated I could explode. And to top it off They have a warehouse right here in the same city I live in!!!!!!! It's took a month to get back to Iowa! Or what ever state she said. Why in ×××× couldn't they send me one from this warehouse in my city? Now that I've read the reviews here I'm sure I'm going to be unhappy with the thing anyway! What a load of Crap this company.

well I also have been scammed, I am sorry I didn't check reviews. I placed an order on 3rd March 2022 there was no acknowledge of my purchase received . I noticed a couple days later Jetnozzle had helped themselves to my account and told them in an email I wasn't happy about the way they handled the account and wanted to cancel order. They replied saying too late, just send back and I would receive refund less shipping. So I am now writing to the consumer affairs, department of fair trading and suggest everyone do the same. Then we'll see what happens to scammers. Helen .

WASTE OF MONEY. Do not fall for the false advertising and fake positive reviews! They are nothing but lies. I let my mum convince me to order 4 of these so she can give to family and friends and all 4 of them leaked. The water pressure is weak, nothing like you see in their advertisement videos and are in fact, no better than the jet setting on a regular garden hose attachment. I've contacted their customer service requesting a refund and they've insisted I send them back to their US address (at my own cost), despite them claiming they have an Australian address. It's either that or they refund 65% of the order, minus the initial shipping cost I paid for them to get here and keep them. I don't want to keep this rubbish, it's completely useless to me but I find it ridiculous that I have to return to the US instead of their Australian address for my refund. This entire experience has been just a waste of money and time. Don't get sucked into it people! Don't be scammed like we did!

Absolute rubbish . Have tried to leave a review on US site . Server busy try later Have tried a few times .
Why an I not surprised .

Totally useless. I don't know how they get the videos showing the results because it doesn't do anything like that. No different to using a hose.

I foolishly ordered this jetnozzle online last month. When ordering it I was given iptionof getting a free gift which stupidly I agreed to. Firstly I was charged for the jetnozzle and also the so called free gift. I smelt a scam straight away after that. The jet nozzle arrived last week and what a waste of money it is absolutely useless no difference between the jet nozzle and a hose attachment!!!!! It wouldn't clean anything my patio, my car nothing. Please people don't fall for this advert it's most definitely a scam and costing people a lot of money for nothing. It's rubbish.!!!

BUYER BEWARE:
DID NOT WORK LIKE VIDEO
SELLS FOR 1/2 PRICE ON OTHER SITES
DIDN'T REFUND $, I CALLED 2 MONTHS LATER & THEY IMMEDIATELY ISSUED A REFUND.
They hope you don't call back to question where your refund is.

DO NOT BUY. Absolute waste of money. The nozzles give out a weak trickle of water, & not powerful like it says in the description/ advert. I bought two in UK after reading the fantastic reviews which I now believe are FAKE. I emailed for a refund, was offered 65% of the cost for what I would not use, returned them to USA (I paid the postage) After 33emails, & months waiting I finally received my refund from the jetnozzle suppliers.

This company is simply useless. I cancelled my order and requested a refund well before they shipped it. It was shipped on the 2nd February and is still in the USA!! These people simply refuse to issue a refund, they expect me to spend out on a return to the USA which is not financially worthwhile. I will be reporting this to my bank to try to get the funds back that way, they give USA businesses a bad name, steer clear!!!

Appalling way of dealing with customers. Do NOT fall for free gift offer. You are charged for it in the shipping total.

Det er mega dårlig service, at man som kunde ikke bliver informeret FØR KØB! om at man får brev fra Post Nord om importopkrævning af moms/told! Nederen!

What a scam this is - I should have checked the price and the reviews before I paid for it

1. tryjettnozzle.com, charges double than you can buy on ebay for the same thing - They charged $38, its on ebay for $18

2. Also after reading these reviews its probably a waste of money anyhow

Usually I check I just thought it looked legit so I didn't - stupid me - my bad! I guess ill be throwing it straight in the garbage assuming I ever get it! as it seems plenty on here dont!

Useless piece of junk. A total waste of money it does not do what it says. I should have has more sense than to believe the rubbish advert.

FUPFIRMA. Ikke andet. Hold jer langt væk fra dem. Bliver sendt fra USA og der kommer told og moms oveni. Har heller ikke modtaget varen endnu. KØB IKKE

In short this so called 'Jet Nozzle’ is a piece of crap. No more pressure output than a standard plastic hose attachment. Wish I'd read the reviews.
