We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. We want to assure you that we never lock customers into a subscription, and customers may cancel anytime either through our customer portal or by contacting our support team for assistance.

The subscription details are disclosed throughout the ordering process, including before checkout, during checkout, in the confirmation email, and inside the customer account portal.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your recent recurring order has already been canceled and refunded, and your subscription has also been fully canceled to ensure there will be no future recurring charges.

We’ve also already reached out to you directly through email to assist further and make sure your concerns are properly addressed.
