Meerdere keren spullen besteld en komt op tijd binnen. Wanneer iets defect is of incompleet is er goede klantenservice! Ze reageren snel en zijn erg behulpzaam

I'm waiting one week already for my order and it's still not send! I've send emails to them but getting non respons! There's no phone nr and i don't know if i we'll get my order that i already pot for almost 400€ !

Snel gelverd, maar 4 van de 5 scharen zijn goed. 1 is bot, snijd niet in plastic.
Na een soort van newsmail heb ik toen hun vest uitgeveegd, dat ze beschaamd moesten zijn hierna gewoon pr doen. Prompt werd een schaar nagezonden. Dus nu krijgenb ze wel 5 sterren zie.

Shipping and communication could improve.
The website claims to deliver 1-2 workdays within the Netherlands, yet twice in a row my order hasn't arrived within this timeframe. The first time it took a week because of a delay in their warehouse. Now I'm waiting for a package, also a week late and the delivery date keeps getting postponed.
Things like this can happen, and that's fine, but there's no communication at all.

toujours pas reçu ma commande

J'ai passé commande le 23 juin, mon coli devait arriver le 25, nous sommes le 6 juillet et toujours rien.
J'ai reçu un mail de POSTNL qui me prévenait que mon paquet avait été livré, alors que je ne l'ai jamais reçu.
Je suis dégoutée, j'ai toujours pas mon gun, j'ai payé pour rien et je n'ai plus de réponse de tuftingeurope depuis quelques jours !
Dégoutée !!!!!!!! affaire à suivre

Bientôt 3 semaines que vous ne me répondez plus. Ni sur Messenger, ni sur Instagram, ni par Mail.
Je n'ai évidemment reçu ni coli ni remboursement. Je suis archi dégoutée.

faulty gun
I bought an aka machine and in less than a year I have had to repair it several times, now they have told me that it has a defect and that it is better to buy a new one.

Hello Edurne, we suspect there might be a miscommunication here. We never recommend our customers to buy a new one, as we repair tufting guns in-house. We could not find any conversations with you on this matter. Are you sure you have been talking to our customer service, and not a competitor? where is my order?
I ordered a Gun for tuft the 23 may 2022. The delivery was estimated for the 27, then for the 31, but I still not received the package and the order seems freeze…can you help me? Thanks
