No package and no answer
I am very sorry to have to post this review. I placed an order the 25th februar 2022 and still not yet received my package. I received the confirmation and a tracking number from DHL that says that SHIPMENT NOT YET RECEIVED OR PROCESSED.
I have written to them several times but they do not respond to my emails.
I have paid for a package that I have not received. Disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSHOP.

Nothing bad to say AT ALL. I bought my tufting gun from tuftingeurope.com, and it arrived quickly. Not much more to say I guess, I got what I payed for and are happy about it.

I am very happy that I found this side. I think it is pretty hard to get Tufting gear in Europe beside scam things from Amazon. I have nothing to complain about. I received the package in 2 weeks and everything is in good condition and has a god quality.

A manual was not included and I didn't recieve an answer where to find one. I have also ordered 7,5m gripers but the have been cut into 25 pieces of 30cm...

Hello Annelore, sorry to hear you are not satisfied. The product page of the Frame Grippers clearly states that they are cut in 25 x 30cm slats. Our product images also show this. Nevertheless, we hope you can build an amazing tufting frame with them.

I bought from outside their country, internationally. Communication was clear and fast trough email and they where very helpful. It was a backorder and all together with shipping to Africa, over the Christmas holiday, it took about 60 days receiving my package. They choose the best shipping company they could find, that kept me well informed on the trekking. My new Tufting Machine looks great and I'm very excited to start my new journey with it. I would definitely work with TuftingEurope.com again in the future and looking forward to it. :)

Hello Stefano, I see the delivery of your package took only 4 days longer over the usual shipping estimate to Italy, which is a reasonable delay during the holiday peak season of December. DHL simply is under a lot of stress and there is not much we can do about that. We do hope you enjoy your tufting gun.

Geen communicatie
Eind november gemaild over een naald die ineens afbrak van mijn tuft gun die nog geen half jaar oud was. Dit was niet de bedoeling gaven zij aan, en er zou een nieuwe naald opgestuurd worden (op 4 december). Ik heb gevraagd of ik ook de gun op kon sturen, zodat zij het kunnen maken. Nooit meer iets gehoord en ook geen naald ontvangen. Zijn alleen te bereiken via mail, maar sinds 4 december al geen reactie
