De latjes zijn heel kort, er staat 150 cm maar ze zijn 30 cm met rafelrandjes. De verwachting was anders

Well im also waiting for my order and no one answers my emails. Im canceling my order right now and never let anyone shop from this e shop. Irresponsible and bad service.

It's been 24 days since I placed my order and still have not received it. Order tracking has been at a standstill for 11 days. I have written to them and waiting for a response.

I have enjoyed my purchases from tufting europe. Delivery on time - fair prices and excellent support!

No answer at all from their costumer service. One month waiting... Pieces that did't come in the box... A lot of money invested and they don't even answer. Worst costumer service EVER.

Mijn producten zouden binnen 2 dagen geleverd moeten zijn maar naar drie weken had ik nog steeds niks binnen. Ik kon met niemand communiceren er werd niet op mijn DMs of mails gereageerd.. Ik heb uiteindelijk wel een credit factuur in mijn mailbox gekregen en mijn geld terug gekregen. Maar nog steeds geen reactie of excuus, (op mijn publieke post op instagram werd wel steeds direct gereageerd maar op de dm's en mails niet)

Lang verhaal kort ze hebben niet geleverd, communicatie was zeer slecht ik heb wel mijn geld terug gehad. Inmiddels bestel ik mijn spullen ergens anders.

Order that never comes. They don't answer.

I am very sorry to have to post this review. I placed an order 7 days ago. I received the confirmation and a tracking number from DHL that says that the merchandise has not yet been delivered to DHL. I have tried to email them on several occasions with no response. I have also tried to communicate through social networks and instagram but I did not have an answer either. I have claimed my money from Paypal :(

Fast shipping, product as descripted, great customer service

I wish I didn’t have to give a negative review here. They communicated well before I ordered the tufting gun, the gun came after a short time and it was well packed and looks fine (haven’t tried it yet). However, the extra parts that came with the gun were rusty and I have tried to get hold of them via e-mail ever since to have the parts changed, but they haven’t replied at all. So I’m definitely not happy with the complete lack of service after order.

The sale was to the U.K. and we did have a bit of a nightmare with U.K. customs. But Tufting Europe were totally supportive and apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault) throughout. The tufting gun is now here and working fine.

Quick delivery, good products!

Everything was good, except the package was missing the wire for the power supply and socket.

Tufting Europe could not have done more to get me back tufting again after my gun from another supplier broke. They sorted my order and prepared shipment from a late night order to an early morning despatch. They kept In touch and chased their courier company for delivery to the UK. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend them enough for everything.

Arrived in time! Good service

Commande reçu très rapidement (DHL>chronoposte). Pas encore mis en service. Un ciseau plus des pièces de rechange et clefs fourni avec le pistolet. Je suis très satisfait pour le moment.

Great service. Initially had some questions and was helped straight away with some good advice. Love the products, would recommend!

The package arrived immediately. Everything in perfect condition and with a small gift that is to be appreciated.
I have not yet been able to start working with the AK-1 but everything seems to be working fine.
