They're doing customer support right! No issue with the plugin, but I occasionally had questions, and they're always helpful.

The affordable lifetime license was a considerable factor in using Tutor LMS, since my school doesn’t reimburse me for my purchases. As a teacher, having an accessible and budget-friendly option is crucial.

One of the most impressive aspects of Tutor LMS Pro is its comprehensive set of features. With functionalities like quizzes, tests, assignments, mobile learning, and calendar events, Tutor LMS Pro provides everything I need to create a dynamic and engaging online learning environment for my middle and high school students. The diversity of quiz options available, including multiple choice, ordering, and image matching, has been hugely helpful in creating interactive lessons that keep students engaged.

Furthermore, the integration of the Divi builder through the Tutor LMS Pro Divi add-on enables me to design visually appealing and interactive lessons. Tutor LMS Pro's selection of free add-ons has been incredibly beneficial, especially the ones that allow integration with popular tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Classroom. This integration makes it easier to manage my virtual classroom effectively. The grade book and assignment add-ons have become personal favorites of mine. These add-ons helped me with the grading process for quizzes and assignments.

One of the best aspects of Tutor LMS Pro is its compatibility with various page builders. This has allowed me to incorporate interactive videos and presentations as well as interactive elements such as hotspots, charts, and flashcards.

The Tutor LMS team provides excellent customer support, which is worth noting. They have been extremely patient and responsive, addressing any questions or concerns I've had during the setup of my virtual classroom. They were so helpful that they even set up the student dashboard for me, and they even gave me a useful screencast for future use. Their customer support is amazing! 

Additionally, Tutor LMS Pro keeps updating their software to improve it and add new features. They really care about improving their product and making it a great experience for instructors and teachers.

Tutor LMS Pro is already great, but I think it could be even better with some small improvements to the lesson editor. However, it's not a big issue because the editor works well with third-party page builders like Divi and Elementor, which give you many ways to customize your lessons.

In conclusion, Tutor LMS Pro is a wonderful tool for creating virtual classrooms. It's affordable, has plenty of useful features, and the customer support is excellent. They also keep improving it with updates. I'm excited to keep using all its fantastic features, and I highly recommend it to other middle or high school teachers like me.

Very effective in solving the problem

This product, which I am currently using the free version of, has made my life easier. I will definitely get the pro version when I grow more, but I am able to do everything I need to do tight now. The courses are EASY to set up, and I am almost entirely tech illiterate. Thank you for this great and easy course platform!

J'ai acheté la licence LifeTime de Tutor LMS Pro, déjà ça commence mal, cette extension est mal codée, truffée de bugs et d'erreurs dans les logs.

C'est bien simple à chaque mise à jour, ça bug une fois sur deux. En deux ans, la majorité des bugs sur mon site viennent de cette extension, c'est vous dire !

Quant au support technique, il est quasi inexistant, on se contente de copier-coller la même réponse encore et encore. À part dire "j'ai besoin d'un accès au site", le support technique ne sert pas à grand chose.

D'autant plus que j'ai déjà expliqué plusieurs fois au support que mon site n'est accessible qu'avec mon adresse IP locale pour des raisons de sécurité. Mais à chaque fois que je demande quelque chose au support c'est la même rengaine : "J'ai besoin d'accéder au site... bla, bla".

J'ai dû résoudre moi-même les problèmes que j'ai rencontré parce que le support n'a jamais été fichu de m'aider.

Du jour au lendemain le bouton "ajouter une question au quiz" ne fonctionne plus alors que le bug est censé avoir été corrigé dans la version 2.22. J'ai dû attendre une autre mise à jour de l'extension pour que le problème disparaisse.

Le support est complétement à coté de la plaque et n'assume pas que leurs mises à jour soient foireuses. On trouve moyen de dire que le problème viens de mon serveur ou des Cronjob...

J'ai analysé de fond en comble mon site et rien de ce que me dit le support n'est vrai. À croire qu'ils ne connaissent rien en développement web...

Sans compter la faille de sécurité dans le plug-in, toujours pas corrigée .

Contrairement à ce qu'ils disent, l'extension n'est pas compatible avec PHP 8 et plus, on se coltine des erreurs fatales à répétions. Il faut utiliser la version PHP 7.4 pour ne pas avoir d'erreur. C'est vrai que c'est rassurant d'utiliser une version PHP bourrée de failles de sécurité et obsolète depuis plus de deux ans juste parce que Themeum n'est pas capable de nous fournir une extension compatible.

Tous mes clients se plaignent régulièrement de différents bugs dans tous les sens. Je suis même obligé d'inscrire manuellement mes clients aux formations parce que l'adhésion aux cours ne se fait pas automatiquement après paiement. C'est juste insupportable.

Compte tenu de l'investissement que représente Tutor LMS Pro, c'est une honte ! Je ne le recommande pas du tout. Pour moi c'est terminé, je change de solution LMS définitivement.
