Paid for a pro version so I get better…
Paid for a pro version so I get better support. But no support except the ticket. The issue is in the software; someone got access to the courses they removed from the cart, and yet still got approved for those courses even without paying. I requested multiple times to get on a Google Meet so it can be discussed faster. Now I know that they don't have the support. But this is literally hampering my revenue, and they want me to wait day after day just to get their response. it was really a request so it can be fixed faster, i even sent them the video evidence of this issue but yet still no acknowledgement on that and just being asked to share the admin details, the user profile who got the access, and the courses they received for free.

OK system with flaws
The system is good in terms of functionality and usability. One general shortcoming that has bothered me is the difficulty of getting an overview of a student’s activity — an overview that shows completed lessons, quizzes, and assignments, while also displaying the results and providing the option to go directly to submitted quizzes and assignments for a quick review.
Some of the support staff lack knowledge of the product and struggle to understand the issues they are being asked to help with.
Errors that have been identified and acknowledged take many months to get fixed, if they are fixed at all. One example is the uploading of documents in assignments. If a student needs to submit more than one document, all documents must be uploaded in a single operation. You cannot upload the documents one by one and then submit the assignment.
This was promised to be fixed seven months ago, but nothing has happened. This has been a huge frustration for instructors and students.
The customer service seems to fight with you over solving the problem
The customer service seems to fight with you and always saying it's your problem, Still don't allow me to add a screenshot to show the problem, Still don't provide any roadmap for divi builder which they claim is supported by tutor lms. Also, they have added their them, which if you click ruins all your website by installing their own builder into the website.

I encountered issues with the Theme, Login Page issues, Quiz and editing menu, so I reached out to Tutor LMS for assistance. By following their instructions and guidance, I was able to resolve all my problem and the issue successfully.

Excellent Support – Issue Resolved Quickly
I had a critical compatibility issue between Tutor LMS and WooCommerce that affected my checkout page. After reaching out to support, their team responded promptly, identified the root cause, and resolved it efficiently.
