TVW installed almost all of our windows over 20 years ago. They are as good as the day they were put in (replacement of a few espagnolette locks absolutely and reasonably excepted). And they responded last year in the midst of COVID to repair a door pane shattered by a stone chip from a strimmer. So they were first choice to replace sliding patio doors (not theirs!) with a lovely set of French doors. Not the cheapest but excellent communications, service and best quality product. The new doors will outlive us at this house at least.

Great customer service. Very competent and tidy fitters. Really pleased with our new flush windows which blend in really well on our Edwardian house. The insulation and sound deadening are amazing.

Good quality windows - good fitters

TvL designed and built a revamped Conservatory/Orangery for us in 2019. Good quality fittings and project managed all țhe trades. We were very pleased with the results.

Excellent from start to finish. Very good suggestions and ideas from the salesman. The surveyor gave great suggestions about the doors. The fitters were polite, clean and quick giving a superb finish to the doors and windows.

Had our front door and glazed windows replaced. From design to actual fitment the whole process was well managed and professionally installed.
Very happy with the net result and would have no hesitation in using them again. They were also very competitive with the quote far more so than 2 local companies. Special, thanks to Luke for his design ideas.

EXCELLNT windows, look a dream. There was a manufacturing error on our fan opening windows, which the installers noticed and informed us. (I would never have noticed) And they came back a few weeks later and replaced them.

From start to finish this was a very good experience. The salesman was constructive with his suggestions and ensured that our every need was met. The surveyor fine tuned the specification and gave us valuable advice on using the patio doors.
The fitters were on time and did a very clean and professional job. When they left you wouldn't have known that they had been in the house.
The doors and windows themselves have excellent security with pick proof locks.

I have been really impressed with my lovely door so far. It was only installed about 5 wks ago, but I would like to think it will remain looking a beautiful, quality door.

We had Storm 2 front windows installed by the Thames Valley Window Company eight years ago and they have been brilliant with no need to have any maintenance over this period, We had two back PC Genesis windows added recently - the Company dealt efficiently with our order and the installation was done perfectly.

Easy to order, friendly fitters and very tidy

We are so happy with our new Timber Sash Windows. They were designed to match our existing design with Georgian bars and they look great! It’s so quiet in the house now!

We have used TVW before and again they did a very good job, from quoting to installation. Goos customer feedback also.
