We are delighted with our new windows and front door. Jaz and Chris who installed them were friendly, professional, efficient, reliable, tidy and clearly enjoyed working for the company, taking real pride in their work.

This is the second time we have used Thames Valley Windows and they were fantastic from start to finish again. Honest and friendly sales team, high quality products and the installation team were friendly, efficient and tidy. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Working with Thames Valley on the installation of French Windows was a very pleasurable experience throughout and the result beyond expectations.

I was very impressed with all the team I dealt with from the from the start of the process. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, charming, punctual and a very cohesive team. In addition, they all spoke very highly of the company itself and clearly enjoyed their respective roles, which was very joyous to hear.

Everyone has commented on the difference they made to the dining room and I am basically thrilled with the change; they have made me a very happy bunny.

I had new windows and front and back doors. Good quality product looks very nice. I have flush window panes with internal Georgian bars.
A few delays before I got to the stage of confirming my order, but once it was underway all went well. The final design was pleasing, the surveyor was helpful and the installers did a good, neat job to a high standard. There were a couple of small outstanding jobs after the main installation, but these were scheduled in and finished off by another installer who, again, worked to a high standard and took pride in his work. The admin staff were helpful and kept me informed about any potential delays due to covid and supply chain issues. All in all a good job.

We were very happy with the quality of the windows and door. The installers were excellent, very skilled and professional. There were a few rooms with tiling and wallpaper and I was worried about possible damage, but they were so careful and amazing at how they handled some tricky areas. Many thanks to Sean and Jack.

Very efficient service from all depts and installation was remarkably smooth all done from the inside, with no mess or damage.

The installation of external doors and windows was delayed by several months due to a number of factors, Supply chain problems, Shortage of components, Labour shortages and Covid restrictions, most of this was completely outside of the control of T.V. Windows.
Once the installation commenced the job was completed with the minimum of fuss, within the time span quoted apart from a couple of small items that were not provided to the installation team and in the main were cosmetic.
The missing parts were obtained and fitted after a couple of days waiting and took about half an hour to fit.
An excellent job completed under very difficult circumstances.

I have very recently had house windows, a new front door and a large sliding glass window put in my house. This completes the set so that all the windows and doors are by Thames Valley Windows.

There is a reason for this and it is their commitment to service, to keeping the customer informed about any issues with production, Covid and any consequent slide in the instalment date....and, of course the quality of their products and their fitters who work really hard to make sure everything is OK.

I am very, very pleased with all aspects of the windows and the front door, I just wish this door was a little easier to unlock.

I left a poor review for Thames Valley Windows due to poor quality workmanship and after sales service. They immediately went online and tried to blame my builders. The builders are equally as exasperated that 7 months later they still haven’t properly finished the installation. They also tried to blame Covid supply issues - Covid supplier issues have nothing to do with ‘shoddy’ installation quality by fitters who don’t seem to want to stick around to finish the job properly. are rude and even leave their rubbish behind on the ground

We chose TVW after having several recommendations from close friends and neighbours, and having seen their vans working in our road on many occasions. We felt our quote was somewhere in the middle of the ones we received and decided to go ahead, as personal recommendations are the best advert.
We had the doors and windows replaced on the whole house, which we were very pleased with, immediately noticing that they made the house much warmer and quieter. Then lockdown hit, so gave us time to decide that we wanted to replace our old conservatory which had seen better days. On visiting us Michael from TVW explained that a Wintergarden would be the best fit for our house and that TVW could manage the whole job from design, installation, supplying the trades to complete the build, and project manage the whole job. This took the strain out of trying to organise everything ourselves.
Admittedly this job did end up taking quite a while to complete, but this was mainly due to a lack of materials and extended wait times which is countrywide problem. We are pleased to say that the work is now complete and we are delighted with the results. Our room feels modern, spacious, and easy to maintain and the light we get into the back of the house now is amazing.
We would highly recommend TVW for both windows, doors and if you are considering a wintergarden/conservatory. The quality of all the work is excellent.

The reason why we picked TVW was because they have fitted some windows for us and this time we wanted them to replace the soffits. They are more expensive than most but the service is usually very good. The installation went well - very pleasant fitters. However 2 specific problems we have notified them of and that need rectifying - loose guttering - and the wait time to send someone out to look at it is 2 months. The loose guttering is likely to come down and will drop water until fixed so we have to get it repaired in the meantime - TVW are taking no responsibility for their poor workmanship. Asked for a refund, denied. We've had to pay another roofer to make the job right.

We've used TVW several times over the years. Most recently in fitting new windows, a patio door and side door. We've never been disappointed by their product quality, attention to detail and customer service, from sales through installation to aftercare. Customer satisfaction is their guiding star.

We have had a very good experience working with TV Windows. They are friendly and easy to get hold of. We did have some complications with the installation of the door which left some uncertainties about how it could be rectified. However, following a few more conversations with them the situation was quickly resolved. The door was fitted nicely and we are very happy with it. We would buy from them again.

The two installers, arrived on time and were very professional in the way they worked. They left no mess at all. All Covid guidelines were adhered to.

An excellent service from start to finish. Professional company with an eye for detail. I would definitely recommend them.

We thought we were using a really well run business and our experience been the opposite. We bought a premium front door. The installation was very poor, as the frame was at an angle letting light in followed by 5 other issues. There was a catalogue of remedial visits and over a year since installing to resolve issues.

Delighted with our new doors and windows from TVW. The team have been so helpful from choosing the product to installation and everyone that comes over makes a comment on the impact of our sliding doors and how they transform the room. Definitely recommend!

Great help from Luke and surveyor in designing, measuring and ordering it.
Had to wait a while for installation because of Covid slowing everything down but definitely worth it and we were regularly updated.
Price was great too - considerably less than another similar company for exactly the same door.

But

Have used the company over the last 30years. And this again was another installation carried out very well.
