Had a problem with my app after many years of excellent operation, have sent email to customer Service, Maura replied to me asking for some screenshots, she noticed the problem, suggested the solution and problem is solved in less than 48 hours.
Several problems solved quickly
In early December I had a few problems - power supply failureand Control channel failure with some older products and a new product supplied with the wrong controller.
I reported my issues to the help team at Twinkly and they issued spares to fix these problems. This did involve quite a bit of detailed investigation and reporting back but given the time of year the Twinkly response was outstanding. I was kept up to date with all the investigation and the problems are all now fully resolved. Great team, great support and great products.

Twinkly provide the worst customerâŠ
Twinkly provide the worst customer support that I have ever experienced. I purchased lights from Twinkly they developed a defect after 22 days. Twinkly support spent 3 weeks requesting video evidence of the defect. I requested the details of the their complaints procedure not they just seem to ignore you. They eventually asked me to revert to the online retailer to request a return. I see no purpose of reporting anything to Twinkly if they are NOT prepared to facilitate the repair or return of their defective product.

We gebruiken het snoer al twee jaar naar alle tevredenheid. Maar plots hield de helft van het snoer ermee op. We namen contact op en kregen super snel reactie. Ook tips om te resetten maar helaas hielp dat niet. Gelukkig viel het onder garantie en hebben ze supersnel voor kerst een vervangend product geregeld. Ten alle tijden ons op de hoogte gehouden dus alles naar tevredenheid opgelost. We zitten er deze kerst weer kleurig bij!

I reached out to Twinkly support after discovering that one of my sets of lights were no longer working due to a failed power supply. Twinkly Support were quick to respond and after identifying the required UK power supply, promptly sent out a replacement FOC. It arrived via UPS a few days later and now all my Twinkly lights are up and operational in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service.

Power adapter poor quality
After using the Christmas tree lights for 3 seasons and stored them in a box inside the house when not in use. The power adapter failed when I tried to plug it in this year.
The process of getting a new adapter needs to be easier as itâs been a headache.
Initial response from customer service was quick. But due to my location they said they couldnât ship to me. So I found a solution to get it shipped to UK for a friend to bring it to me before Christmas. But that correspondence was then left unanswered for 3 days until I had to prompt them again to as what was happening. At this stage it was too late to get the adapter to my friend intime before his flight.
Also, I did give option of 2 addresses to ship too depending on when it could be delivered by. But that was not followed either.
Twinkly lights have been been put back in the box for this Christmas and I have had to buy new cheaper tree lights instead awaiting the new adapter for Christmas 2026.

We now have 6 of the Twinkly products and find their performance and quality to be very good. This year we had a problem with one of the transformer plugs so contacted the Twinkly support team who quickly identified the problem and sent a replacement.
