Delivery was fast . The eskate is awesome i can use it daily and not worry about the battery dying on me . Is also very fast i don't ussually use 4th gear because of the breaking time but if your are in a straight line it does wonders

This board is truly great to ride. Since I do not have a lot of experience with electric boards, I am so glad I bought this one. It is amazing, very steady, and provides a comfortable ride.
The Customer service is top notch. I am very happy with the purchase; I am in my 50s and not a young guy anymore, but riding this board makes me feel like I am 20 again!😉🥹

I had no idea what my issue was with my board. The people at Tynee helped me out and I promptly ordered the correct piece to fix my board! Amazing company!

Decided to pick up the Tynee Mini 3 as my first E-Board ever... I am beyond impressed to say the least. The board feels insanely sturdy and safe at higher speeds, carving is like butter, and learning to trust it was not that drastic of an adjustment coming from regular cruiser boards. Acceleration feels great with semi loose trucks and the board avoids wobbles. Highly recommend opting for this version with the 105's and 468 battery.

I bought a long board with a hub motor, and I got what I paid for. It ran exceptionally well, and it was a very good beginner board, I enjoyed riding it everywhere until eventually a truck ran over it, however despite a 5000 lb truck with construction equipment ran it over, the board still ran okay ! I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of the deck. I'm even more impressed with the customer service that I received, when I reached out to them about my damaged board, mind you I did not expect anything in return however they offered a generous discount and repairs for me to repair the board. Thank You Tynee !

I have 4 electric skateboards my tynee stinger is not only my favorite but I've never had a problem other than a belt breaking in 3 years so quality is definitely there

Good service and great board everything is strong on board and doesn't bottom out. 57kmh on flat road hit 60kmh on slight slope Mini 3 pro is a beast an doesn't bottom out being short board no wobbles at high speed crazy fast smooth pick up so easier on knees than my zealot was. Funnest thing I'll ever own with Australia would fix stupid laws on skating though..

Honestly, the board and shop experience outperform all my expectations. I have a Tynee Stinger with pneumatic wheels, that I ride frequently 15 miles plus for leisure and fun. I live in the rocky mountain range and the conditions are not kind. I've been riding this board HARD for about 6 months now and it is holding up better than many larger names. The motors climb and accelerate fast, the stability and versatility is completely up to the rider. For the price, you cannot find a better deal. Additionally online support helped me identify upgrades and correct components for my board. The experience was customized, concise, and quick. I don't usually give reviews, but Tynee does it right. You won't be disappointed.

Had my Tynee Ultra X Pro with pneumatic tires for a few years now and recently bought some pivot cups which needed to be replaced. Other than that, the bushings are still going strong and the rest of the board has held strong as well. Can’t recommend these boards enough and Aiden is a customer support pro.

Tynee is hands down the best bang for your buck for affordable e-boards. I've owned 2 Tynee Ultra belt driven boards. Any minor issues were quickly fixed by their outstanding warranty. Amazing customer service. Aiden always responds promptly and stands behind his products. His prices are fair and reasonable. I've put well over 500 miles on both my Ultras. They handle hills well and have good battery range. I'm a 256 lb bodybuilder and it still reaches 26 mph with 17 miles of range which accommodates me perfectly. Aside from belt replacements, its a very reliable and powerful board. I live in WA and ride in the rain frequently which hasn't been an issue with quality and dependability. Thank you Tynee, you're the absolute best!

Ordered a replacement battery. Customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting and finding the right fix for my skateboard.

Price-quality can't be beaten with Tynee. I recently got the mini 3 and have used the mini 3 SL for the last year with 800 miles on it. I'm seriously surprised how much of an upgrade this was.
Cannot recommend this brand enough

The shipping process was very smooth, though it said 2-6 business days and I ordered toward the end of the week, the board still came within 3-4 days, much faster than I had anticipated. For the price, the board is very good so far, with a intuitive control, smooth acceleration, convenient design and affordable price. I am very satisfied with it, even as a heavier rider (250+ lbs).

Update after months of suffering: I first tvought very highly of tynee and even wanted to buy boards for my friends. But after not even a week it broke down for the first time anf the problems kept coming. Its been months of back and fourth and im to the point i will prop have to make a official complaint to eu consumer rights. I even asked if they had to follow the consumer rights since by their answers they seemed to act as if they didnt. But i learned they legally have to. They didnt respond to me asking if i could refund before recieving. Their ToS directly tells you, that you cant, but as a person in the EU you actually have the right to, but they reslly try to not let you know that and either lie, ignore or leave out your rights when directly asked.

I read so many positive things about them so i really disnt think there were any risks but after being through months of pain with this board and my warrenty i start hearing more about how this isnt a uncommon problem and that negative feedback and reviews often get pushed down since they insentivixe you so much to leave positive reviews by giving you 5-10 ish dolæar coupons and a ton of reminder email constantly.

Btw you will always have to pay for shipping. Even when getting replacement parts with your warrenty abd even if you are sending back a defective product and for me it costs like 20bucks.

Maybe try a diffrent brand. The boards feel nice but if you ever need to use your warrenty you cant trust you can use it.

This E-board brand (TYNEE) has been a great experience overall! Customer service is always helpful and polite. You can also contact them through many different platforms such as WhatsApp, Messages and email. Also, you will receive a reply back at a reasonable time depending on your time zone.
