BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...........................s but when…
Ordered my husband swim trunks but when they came they were TINY.... way way smaller than any others. We were leaving for vacation to I emailed and asked if there was any way to get another pair shipped in time but they weren't really interested in helping me out. So I returned them and they deducted $4.99 from my refund. When I emailed them asking why they responded that they charge $4.99 for a return shipping label. So I paid $10 total for a pair of swim trunks that were about half the size or a normal pair.

My swim bags, all my googles are from TYR. I love their products ♥️ Quality and price is very good.
Once i purchased a sports bra and it was too big, so i returned it. Apparently i messed up the labels and returned them wrong items ( t-shirts) 😄 Customer service rep. Lauren called me and left a message saying that i have sent a wrong item, they were so sweet to send the wrong stuff back to me with no charge. What a customer service ! Next time i need anything for my swim practices, i will buy it @tyr.com
