Horrible de nuevo!!!!

En junio de 2022 nuevamente me han llamado, insistienfo que invertí, y "porqué no voy a querer invertir de nuevo", y no queriendo aceptar mi negativa le colgué, y me volvió a llamar inmediatamente. Le contesté a gritos y él igual...

Al final tuve que bloquear el número y establecer filtros de detección de números fraudulentos...

Qué mala ostia!!!!!

Os voy a contar mi mala experiencia con Alberto de UFX.com desde el
26 de enero del 2020. Veo un anuncio sobre FX, no es necesaria experiencia y se puede empezar con tan solo 250 €, pruebo.
Me llama un supervisor llamado David que me explica que para que gente sin experiencia podamos participar al principio es requisito operar con un ASESOR, y para poder tenerlo la cantidad mínima son 450 €, por lo que INGRESO 200 € MÁS.
Me pregunta a qué hora quiero que me llame mi gestor al día siguiente y me pide que le mande un mail explicándole qué tal mis primera experiencia con este asesor.

El próximo día mi asesor llamado Alberto me llama una hora antes de lo que habíamos quedado. Le digo que en ese momento no puedo atenderle y me llama 20 MINUTOS MAS TARDE de lo que habíamos quedado.
Me hace instalar un PROGRAMA DE CONTROL REMOTO para que el pueda ver lo que yo veo en la pantalla de mi móvil, y me pregunta si no puedo utilizar un portátil (creo que así él también podría manejar mi portátil y no solo ser un espectador...). Me hace invertir 20€ (muy poquito para mi gusto) y me dice que me volverá a llamar mañana, no me explicada nada... pero me va dejando caer que si realmente quiero tener beneficios tendré que ir metiendo MAS DINERO en el programa...
Escribo al supervisor comentándole que no me emociona mi asesor porque no me explica nada pero que voy a esperar un poco más para ver qué tal... no recibo respuesta...

Me llama al día siguiente 50 MINUTOS MAS TARDE de la hora agendada, "porque ha estado con un cliente muy importante jugandose un montón de dinero y han ganado un montón" ... me hace UN MONTÓN DE PREGUNTAS PERSONALES argumentando que es importante la "confianza mutua", aunque él me cuenta poco sobre sí y me explica menos sobre el funcionamiento del programa. Le digo que ya puestos a tener confianza que NO ESTOY AGUSTO porque no me está explicando nada y yo quiero aprender. Me dice BASTANTE MOLESTO que a ver si quiero aprender en 3 días lo que he aprendido en 10 años y me explica un poquito...
Esa tarde decido CERRAR LA CUENTA, a pesar de tener mi única operación en menos 12 €, mandando el dinero que tengo en el programa a mi cuenta corriente, porque no estoy agusto con ese modo de trabajar, y sinceramente para no tener que seguir hablando con el Alberto ese. Manda un mail al supervisor David para que sepa de mi decisión.

Al poco rato me llama el asesor Alberto MUY ALTERADO, preguntándome por qué he retirado el dinero. Le explico que tal y como me habían ofrecido ellos, al no tener experiencia PROBÉ, y al no gustarme, me voy.
Pues tuve que terminar a gritos y ni con esas aceptaba un no!!!!! (que me da igual porque ya habia retirado mi dinero menos 12€ y menos comisiones de mi banco)...

Pero la razón que no hace escribir aquí es la siguiente: el Alberto este me siguió mandando algún mail suelto informativo sobre la bolsa y hace mes y medio ME LLAMÓ sin venir a cuento, preguntándome que porqué me había ido, que esos jefes le están reclamando una explicación, insistiendo para que vuelva y le dé otra oportunidad (cómo si de una relación de violencia de género se tratara, tal cual). Le grité que ya estaba harta y que me dejara en paz, que no me volviera a llamar, y como él también estaba gritando y alterado le colgué. Pero volvió a llamarme 3 o 4 veces más porque le colgaba!

Pero las últimas semanas nuevamente han empezado a llegar a mí bastantes mails informativos de la bolsa, por lo que la semana pasada le mandé un mail pidiéndole que no me mandarán NADA MAS, y en lugar de hacerlo va y ME LLAMA ALTERADO, preguntándome que qué le he hecho yo. Le grito diciéndole que no quiero recibir más emails ni llamadas de ellos y le cuelgo. En ese mismo momento, al igual que la vez anterior, me llamó 4 o 5 veces más, porque yo le colgaba, en plan acosador. Sigo recibiendo mails informativos, y con mas frecuencia que los ultimos meses...

Estamos a 2 de abril y aún el supervisor David no se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para preguntarme que pasó... y no sé cómo hacer para que me dejen de mandar esos mails, ya que en el mail no veo por ningún lado la opción de cancelar la suscripción!!!!

Asique lo publico en la red para ver si así UFX por fin respeta mis deseos de que ME DEJEN EN PAZ de una vez!!!!!! Ostia!!!!!!!

I have seen recent reviews supposedly written by people located in the GB? These reviews are fake as UFX are now banned in GB. So if you live anywhere in GB you can not access UFX. The FCA has now banned UFX and identified it has a fraudulent company

I had a bad experience with UFX , I followed the instruction of their trainer I lost everything . Bad experience advice be careful from this company.
I assume my naivety and my trust in them .

MY experience with UFX is much the same as most of the reviewers here.
95% of the brokers I was allocated to spent most of their time telling me the only way to make money was to continue to increase the amount in your account.

They suggested I mortgaged my house, borrowed from my family or used my credit card. Once you had lost most of your money on some highly leveraged trade that they told you to take they continued to demand that you increase your deposits even though there was no way of being able to. A lot of them became very aggressive when you refused to do any of the above, implying that you were very stupid not to be, for example, selling the Dow at the high. I don't know how many more highs the Dow went onto over that period.

UFX continually move the goal posts, change which country you can and cannot do business in and all with any notice or notification. NO continuity with brokers, just dropped and then find you've been allocated to another and have to go through your life history and listen to yet another sales pitch.

Endless emails to account managers and UFX support have been ignored.

Any interaction I have had with the support team has shown them to have no empathy, very defensive and generally I am always wrong! What a service. You are made to feel like the junior employee rather than the prized client. But I suppose if you don't have anything more than $10,000 in your account that is what you are made to feel. I have no idea why they let people open an account under $10,000 because seemingly you can't make any money with less.
I am waiting for a refund of my money but they refuse and I think they think if they ignore me for long enough I will go away, but I won't.

En esta plataforma solo vas a conseguir perder todo tu dinero y sobre todo si das con Alberto Rodríguez repito ALBERTO RODRÍGUEZ es un gran estafador me hizo perder 2800 € en cuestión de horas me decía que no invertiría más del 30% de mi capital y me lo hizo perder todo a ver cómo se explica eso lo único qué quiere este hombre es que ingrese dinero en la parada forma para luego hacértelo perder el mismo es un auténtico estafador no os aconsejo nada de esta plataforma ni sobre todo si dais con este hombre por llamarlo de alguna manera en definitiva plataforma estafadora con broker estafadores como Alberto Rodríguez

Je m'appelle Nadine et après avoir investi 15 000 euros je me suis plaint chez UFX pour escroquerie je leur ai envoyé les lettres avec preuve a l'appuie ils m'ont renvoyé un accusé de réception le 11 Juin 2021 me disant qu'ils examinent mon cas et depuis plus aucune réponse et ce même après avoir renvoyé 3 lettres supplémentaires. Ils ignorent nos plaintes en privée, mais ici en publique sur Trustpilot ils répondent chaque jour aux clients pour faire bonne impression. Je vois des commentaires des jours précédents ainsi que les réponses de UFX par contre en prive RIEN , je n'ai pas de réponse. Je m'engage à écrire chaque jour des reviews ici sur truspilots jusqu'a CE QUE j'obtiens une réponse si pas de réponse j'irai voir le régulateur et j'invite tous ceux qui voient mon commentaire à se joindre à moi pour qu'on fasse une plainte commune chez leur régulateur CYSEC. mettez un commentaire et je vous contacterai

I have been defrauded out of most of my life's savings by UFX. I am new to trading and they knew this. They told me what to trade in and exactly how much to invest in every case. They awarded themselves massive commissions such that I was left with no reserves to continue to invest. They called me every day, sometimes twice a day and each time asked that I share the screen with them. Now they are not responding to my requests for help and ignoring all my correspondence.
after sending too many refund letters to UFX they told me that I should reply in English language , and when I didn't agree with this they told me exactly ("Darling, I can give you lessons in English. We are the ones who determine the language in which the two parties must communicate, not because we want to, but because you are the one who registered his account with the Arabic department of the company and therefore you must communicate with us in Arabic. If your Arabic is not good, why did you choose the Arabic language for your account and contacted Arabic-speaking trainers!!!!!! We are not obligated to respond to your messages at the time specified by you, but at the time we see fit.")
In Fact, it's not the first time they reply in a sarcastic, unethical, and a non-professional way.After Stealing Money they treat their clients as SLAVES.
and when I told them to provide me with the conversations done with the company so I can go through their regulator Cysec, they told me that they will not do it and you can't do anything about it . if everything is regulated and they didn't breach the regulations of their regulator , why they are so scared of providing me with those evidences.
i am really disappointed with the services I got from UFX , they are thieves THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. JUST FORGET ABOUT YOUR LIFE SAVINGS . I WILL TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM AND I WILL NOT FORGET ABOUT IT.

Je viens d'être contactée par une personne depuis la Belgique me disant que j'avais investi chez UFIX en 2019 pour ce qui est vrai peut être 1000USD je ne me souviens plus. Il dit travailler avec BLOCK CHAIN pour FCA Financial Contact Autority UK et que UFIX est au Tribunal pour avoir escroqué beaucoup d'argent et il veut m'aider à récupérer mon argent qui entre temps s'est multiplié grace aux Bitcoins, je lui ai laissé la main sur mon ordi pour me montrer que j'avais sur le BlockChain plus de 13000 USD et qu'ils prennent 17% sur cette somme pour se payer et effectuer la transaction. j'ai stoppé lorsque le deal était de payer d'abord les 17% pour ensuite recevoir mon solde...se peut-il que UFIX soit en Justice et que ces personnes "bien intentionnées" veulent faire récupérer l'argent des gens escroqués?

Je vous préviens, je vous préviens de ne pas traiter avec cette entreprise qui vole légalement l'argent des gens
Depuis 2018, je ne comprenais pas le marché. J'ai beaucoup perdu à cause des recommandations de leurs conseillers qui escroquent les inexpérimentés. Après avoir appris et compris le marché, j'ai décidé de ne pas rajouter d'argent pour rendre ce que j'avais perdu il y a plus d'un an et négociez seuls sans leurs conseillers, mais cela ne leur convient pas, ils ont donc clôturé une transaction sur l'or avec une perte de 1550 USD et annulé mon compte sous prétexte qu'ils ne traitent pas avec des commerçants qui vivent
en France
Cette entreprise fait partie des entreprises qui escroquent les investisseurs, et c'est un teneur de marché qui profite financièrement de la perte de clients
Qui a l'intention de se plaindre de cette entreprise pour me parler pour l'aider à l'empêcher de voler l'argent des gens partout dans le monde et pas seulement en Europe

There is nothing good about their website. They are deceivers and make people cry about their own money. When it was due for me to request payout then I realised my card was not the type to receive payout. But it could accept a deposit despite the fact it was a MasterCard.
I was so nervous and suspected them of fraud.I have been told many times it will be fixed shortly and to be patient yet it was all lies and time wasting.
pro_Financebase was able to retrieve all my money perpetrating this scam in court soon. Without their service I would be lost .

A God awful company that should be avoided at all costs. Check out the forums about them for yourself before even going to their website as it could save you a lot of heartache and ruin in the future. My experience was better than most as I didn't give them any money (luckily), though not through lack of them trying multiple times per day, with some calls being rather aggressive and unprofessional. It's futile trying to block their number as they seem to have hundreds and will simply use another each time. I requested for my account to be deleted and my details to be removed but they continued to contact me via phone mostly, but also via email. They are relentless and will tell you at some point to "buy in gold and oil because they are low but going up and up meaning a great profit". They don't let you withdraw funds and will hound you to "add more funds or risk losing everything!". Got no more money to add? "Ask your friends and family to help you or you WILL lose it all". This has "allegedly" cost people not only their life savings, but the life savings of their loved ones too. You will lose everything and then unless you have more money to add, all you will get is "we told you that there were risks". Don't say you weren't warned. They even bragged to me on a phone call that they make millions by doing this all day everyday. Stay. Away.

UFX is a big scammer
I traded with ufx from April 2020 to July 2020 within three month ufx reaped £6700.00 from me with the help of so call my trading manager who called me about 20 times a day , harassing and forcing me to deposit money.
I have all my evidence .

Please everyone , this is a sincere review, DO NOT GO NEAR THEM, they will make you cry.
Even they are registered company, they have their way to dupe people and take all your money, until you have nothing left on you.
I wrote to them and they offered me $9000, please what is $9000 to my £67000 .

je viens de lire les avis et je suis surpris qu'on soit tous victimes des mêmes procédés qui poussent a investir plus pour recuperer ce qu'on a déjà perdu et au final on perd tout. j'ai été en dépression a cause d'eux après avoir perdu 43 762$ (j'ai tous les documents qui le prouvent)
Les fameux emails et appels téléphoniques pour les coups de l'année (or, bitcoin..) et leur programme de recovery je pense que plein de personnes ont eu droit.
Aujourd'hui, apres presque 2 ans de rupture, j'ai décidé de me reconnecter afin de collecter tous les documents et historiques de transactions afin de mener une action.
D'ailleurs, comme on subit tous les mêmes méthodes, ce serait intéressant de lancer une Class Action, n'hésitez pas a me contacter afin qu'on la mette en place

Je tiens vraiment à vous mettre en garde contre eux et leur méthodes vous y laisserai plus que de l'argent ...
