Based on your reviews in general, it does seem that you have had a number of issues relating to energy supply with a number of suppliers in the past and we are sorry to hear this is again the case.
In terms of the contract issued via the broker, the DocuSign contained two pages â one confirming the site details and the other clearly setting out the agreed unit rates and charges. This was sent for review and signed electronically.
If this contradicted rates previously discussed with your broker and you feel like you have been misold we would like more information on that.
That said, we absolutely understand that the unit rate is the most important part of the decision, and this should always be clearly highlighted and understood before any contract is signed.
If this wasnât communicated clearly or confidently at the time, we regret that and will take this on board.
