Timothy was very helpful and always phoned and emailed on time. I gave a lower rating because I could not get through on the phone numbers - it just cut off after a little while.

Quite often customer service from energy suppliers is poor, this is not the case with UGP. Sonia called me within 15 minutes of my email asking for help, she was knowledgeable and efficient and within no time had resolved the issue completely.
