found what I was looking for on their website easily. ordered it and it was delivered quickly.

I am still waiting I ordered two 32GB RAM chips on the 3rd September I have been told it could be a further 10 days and by then it will have been I believe 23 days since the order was made.
After all this time I will be offered a replacement or my money back. What about the extra I paid for fast delivery. What about all the phone calls to your answering service in I suppose India. A shoddy show all round.
Minus stars would be more applicable as to what I think of your company so far. It is not that my order has been lost it is the lamentable time you take to put the matter right.

Crucial is great and always has been,
tracking the item I bought, it looks like it started its journey from Prague a week ago and still hasn't arrived
it shows that is in the UK now so beware that items may take time to arrive, thank you BREXIT :-(

Products are well made, reasonably priced and very fast

I don't want to leave a bad review as Crucial has never let me down in the past and they will still be my go-to supplier for SSDs and RAM. This time however, some misinformation on their website about my particular computer was incorrect so I ended up buying the wrong memory modules. A bit of an inconvenience but the return process was fairly easy. Shame I had to pay for the postage even though it wasn't my error though.

The website advised the appropriate RAM for my desktop. It was delivered in 5 working days from the Czech Republic (I think) to UK which was pretty good.

I wanted to boost the performance of a 6 year old PC by replacing the HDD with an SSD.
I was only using about a third of the HDD's 1TB capacity & decided that a 500GB SSD would be suitably large. Having never cloned a drive before, I was most impressed by the online instructions and videos explaining in easy steps how to do this. The procedure went very smoothly and I'm amazed at the huge boost in speed that resulted.

The hardware selection and matching tool is very good;
The only "fly in the ointment" is the flakiness of the customs and carriers.

On time quickly and good quality

simple to find out which chips were compatible with my pc using their tool to find out what the ram capacity could be. decided to go with the max as you always need more right. found youtube video on how to open the case. popped out the old ram popped the new ram in. powered up and now i can multi task and process tasks without stalling. all good simple process

Delivery takes too long.
Nothing wrong with the product

The new SSD was sent promptly and easy to physically instal, following the instructions provided.
Transferring the whole disk (Cloning) worked first time and again, easy to follow the instructions.
My PC has now changed from slow and sluggish to booting so fast, its better than when new, amazing, I'd definitely recommend this upgrade.

Discount and prompt delivery. Product performing well, early days so no comment on reliability yet.

Great service from Crucial including assistance when ordering a new memory upgrade for my Asus AiO V222Fa which wasn't listed. Delivery from Europe took about a week. New SSD in place of a SATA and 16GB memory have made the computer better than when new!

Exactly what I ordered was delivered promptly.
